Furniture is dated and needs TLC. The resort sale was announced during our stay, I am looking forward to returning for the re-inauguration.

Exceptional! Great service, great food, many choices. Entertainment is top of the line, the free Michael Jackson show is so good that you would be willing to pay a separate fee for it.

the restaurants outside the buffet were mediocore. Luckily, we all loved the choices at the buffet and mostly ate there.

We loved our stay here. The staff were wonderful, the grounds were lovely. Plenty of entertainment and good food. The water was perfect.

If they close the buffet you need to arrive early to one of the restaurants.

The food could've been a little better , thry were out of a few basics, ie tomato juice, yhings on the menu.

Nothing . Everything was great

Staff were excellent , very friendly and efficient . Choice of food and restaurants was great. The New Year’s Eve Gala dinner was a work of art . Facilities were great , lots of programme for adults and kids. We will definitely come back

Perhaps the room could be a bit updated

Facility was very peaceful with access to the pool and the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The resort went out of their way to provide fun activities and entertain. Food was very good and varied.

The structure is old, although very clean. It needs remodelation to become modern.

Not a ton of options for gluten sensitivity. The beach had some trash but it wasn’t hard to navigate around it. I didn’t like the people heckling at the beach constantly, it really compromised my relaxation. Any extras were insanely expensive so we didn’t participate in them, but the free activities were really nice. Some of the staff looked really tired and it seemed like the same staff was there day after day.

The facilities were clean, the buffet had tons of options, there were activities throughout the day if people wanted to use them. Loved the pool and beach access! The rooms was small but cozy and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the Christmas decorations and the property flora was well groomed and taken care of.

my arriving was 9.30am , security at the gate stopped me and said I had to wait till 11am to have access to the hotel...

Reviews I read talked about seaweed on the beach, but that didn’t bother us. Water was a little rough there, but still a comfortable beach.

Property is nicely laid out. The pool winds through the resort. Lots of shade & poolside seating (could be because pre peak season while we were there). Very clean with super friendly, smiling staff. A few specialty restaurants are yummy (Jade Japanese side, Italian restaurant). Shows were cute too. Felt very safe as well.

They need to redecorate a bit, our bathroom ceiling was falling a bit n it has a very small leak.

The showers you had to step over a high tub. I would have preferred walkins

This was a beautiful resort. The staff were excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We loved the pizza on the beach, the pools were beautiful. The drinks were great. The food was okay. We enjoyed lunches the most.
