Is quite large and good for short or long stay. Location is not quite in the middle of town but easy walking to it. Jacuzzi and pool are great.

would be great if they have breakfast service , now you have to leave that perfect relaxing location to have breakfast which breaks the atmosphere .

It’s not a true oceanfront as you can’t use the beach. Lots of rocks and beach is very ruff waters.

This property we choose as we had very high expectations based on the reviews. Specially we wanted to stay at beach front location. It is beach front but beach is all rocky and not desirable to enjoy. You really can’t use the beach in front of the property. This place has amazing beautiful gardens and lush green grounds. If you are into that you will love it. We were there for water and ocean and we don’t really got to see that. Rooms was ok specially if you are going to be on higher floor it’s a workout using a spiral stairs to get to it. The front desk staff and security guards were very nice and helpful.

The room for a couple doesn’t have a door between the bedroom and the bathroom, and this could be embarrassing. It would be nice to mention it on the description on booking just to aware the clients. All the rest is awesome!

Amazing staff very kind and helpful. The guardian Francisco even helped me to cure a distortion of my knee. Location just in front of the sea, amazing pool and even better jacuzzi open 24 h with warm water. Lovely environment full of tropical plants you can really get lost inside this nature.

I wish we had had more information or a hotel tour at the check in. We only found out towards the end there was a hot tub and a beautiful place to get massages.

It's so much more beautiful then the pictures! It's the most charming hotel i've ever stayed at. We had a seaview room surounded by a paradise garden.

The area around it is pretty crowded and loud; the reefs are (not surprisingly) degraded. But El Magnifico is a Jewel and we found a wonderful restaurant walking distance away - Fresh Fresh.

El Magnifico was a serene oasis in an otherwise busy area. The view of the beach from our "flat" was serene, and we could hear the waves all night. The crystal clear pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the staff super nice.

The hours of operation- and no food available on site - that’s very inconvenient.

This was an amazing location - we felt like we were in paradise - though close to street- there was no noise - the flowers and plants made it feel so relaxing and comfortable.

There is no onsite food service. This was not an issue for us, but you do have to leave the property to dine if you are not cooking for yourself.

It is like an oasis. Very peaceful and serene within steps of everything you might want to experience.

The ceiling fan was unbalanced and moved a lot. The cable on the tv was only their local channels so there was not much to see on there.

The staff was very courteous and attentive. I really loved the whole facility. Everything was very clean and the landscaping was amazing. The beach was at walking distance.

Best place I have ever stayed at ever! I will return every year I visit the DR! The staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The room has an amazing view. There were pools and hot tubs in several places on the property. Every spot on this property was beautiful. I cant say how much I loved this place and the price was perfect! Cant wait to return next year.

Location was perfect, the view from the rooms is amazing. It is a big hotel, but you never have the feeling to be in a big hotel due to the fact that every building is very hidden in the flora.
