Property is a bit dated and needs some repair. Cleaning could have been a little better. palm prints on the glass. Broken glass on center table in living room etc et . overall it just didn’t feel clean! Tighten up on the cleaning.

Property was in a central location and close to everything. Staff we accommodating, kind and polite. Property had ample parking and a great garden, pool and bar. if you desire to be in the middle of Las Terrenas, then this is the property for you.

The place is a little bit older than it looks on the pictures. We had a little leak in the roof, so after we came home from dinner the floor was full of water (there was a big rain during our dinner). We put a cooking pan under the leak to catch the water during the night. Also they put on the airconditioning in our room before our check-in, but without a device in the room to control it.. During the evening/night is was super chilly/cold in the room. The next morning I told them about the little leak and the missing device to control the airconditioning and they were really kind! They apologised and gave back some money. We were just a little unlucky with the little leak and missing device, but beside this we had a great stay!

A great place to stay in the center of Las Terrenas! We had an upstairs mini appartment with a great view over the pool, bar and a little bit of the ocean. Also the staff was really kind and helpfull.

Nice Hotel-complex (about 30 rooms). Right in the center but very quiet. Big room with sleeping/living room with a nice kitchen and a big balcony. Parking was included, 24/7 security staff. Everything was working and clean. Friendly staff with limited english. Breakfast via the next restaurant (you get a voucher). Big and clean pool with a bar. The beaches are just a walk away, I recommend to rent a bike/car to explore the other beaches too.

Phillipe was a fantastic patron, he was helpful and even supported me with a change of rooms at no extra cost. There was also a most efficient laundry service and all in all I would recommend this accommodation :)

Bathroom counter top dirty and coming apart, toilet kept plugging, no wifi, smell of propane from tank under kitchen sink, roach under tv cabinet, old tube type tv, office person forgot to return my driver's license and never made an attempt to return it to my room. I had to return after check out to retrieve it and the pool was very very dirty. This was my second stay but I will not be returning.

It was extremely dirty, simply filthy. It is all very old and outdated, dusty to a point that I felt I could not breathe at night. Cleaning service was so poor (they would just change towels and readjust bed mostly with the same holed/ripped bedsheets) the bed was so uncomfortable and I couldn't bring myself to use the kitchen as it smelled and everything looked absolutely nasty. The swimming pool was GREEN and so old that nobody dared to dip a toe. The security guy at night sneaked away and left us a couple of nights outside the gates waiting for ages. The only good point was the garden that was kept clean and tidy. To.be honest I will not be surprised if it shuts down as it is clearly left in decay with no management whatsoever. Shame because it could be a gorgeus place!

I liked the position and this is the reason why I booked in the first place.

The room, too much mosquitoes, stains on bed covers, condition of fridge and faucet counter and shower. Also the staff, I know is not there fault the place is in that condition but I didn't like them acting oblivious. I contacted them the day before our check in and asked them if they towels and iron in the room and they reponded yes they have in every room. So when we get to the room we see the cover and blanket, two really old towels bathroom with stains all over the faucet counter very small shower and other things. We see no iron, we asked the staff for an iron and they said they don't have. Then I asked them who answered me when I asked about an iron, I showed them the messages and they said they don't know. Well I was supposed to check out on Monday but we cut it short and checked out on Sunday morning.

I could say the nature part of it. There is really nothing else.
