The food was poor. Very cold and disappointing. The drinks were lacking in alcohol. No diet (sugar free) options. They ran out of vodka. The staff on the bar and entertainment kept questioning my partner as to why he (Dominican) was there with me (white) which was upsetting.

The hotel has three lovely pool areas. You’re initially out off by the lack of sunbeds but don’t be. Not Many guests use the pools. The staff were very welcoming on reception and went out of their way to help and explain. Food and drink on offer all day and into the night.

Despite daily cleaning, the bathroom constantly had black hairs on the floor (I'm blonde). It is a very strange decision to have a pool bar that opens at 10pm and closes at 1am. Because there are rooms around and the people and music from the pool are very loud. We go to bed at 10pm and we couldn't sleep.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, there are shops and restaurants around. This is very convenient, because you can also eat outside the hotel, no problem. The food is average. The buildings have been refreshed, but only on the outside. They have their own sunbeds on the beach.

I disagree with the method of serving drinks by using disposable plastic cups instead of using authentic glass cups and some details of room should be replaced by new and repaired

Cheap and pretty the events at nights, the ascensor was out of service but from the third day it was back to normal

The food that had “sauces was always bitter”, like potato salad,spaghetti sauce etc. At time you have the problems, “”I would like that the staff could solve any little problem & relay to superior to solve”. Look for solutions.

The food, doesn´t have much to offer. The restaurant was crowed it, too many people.

Is my second time in this hotel, I loved the room, it was so comfy, and the air conditioner was awesome with this hot summer! The pools were fine. The staff were very nice. Modesto the bar man was really good and gentle.

The water there is not clean. Had to use bottled water to brush teeth, wash hands. The last 2 days it was super dirty brown/blackish and it smelled… and on the last day it smelled like bleach. I’m sure they were trying to sanitize it but it ended up making it worst. They do offer filtered water throughout the facility tho.

I liked that it’s so close to the beach and you can book all of your excursions there. Super friendly staff. The beer is amazing and the entertainment at night is great. The stores there carry everything for much much cheaper than any other store so buy your souvenirs onsite.

Either it's Island Time, or Dominican Culture, or the staff of this hotel, but man there were so many times we'd wait in line, either at reception or the bar, for over 30 minutes watching the staff serve the people in front of us at a snail's pace. If you are an impatient person who hates lines this is not the right place for you.

It's cheap, and you get what you pay for... if you go into it with that mindset you will be content with the results. If you are expecting gourmet food, being waiting on hand and foot, and the best in class amenities then you will need to pay more elsewhere. But if you want a cheap all-inclusive then you are in for a treat.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

I stayed near the pool, and it was very noisy at night. The party started around 11PM near my room and went till 1AM or so… if you want peace and quiet request a room away from any swimming pools.

The price for this all inclusive was very good. The food was good. The facilities weren’t as lavish as the large resorts, but the location made up for that. This is a great hotel for young couples or soloists. The beach is right there, and there are many options within walking distance.
