Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Clean, spacious and comfortable place with all the facilities one would need. Mohsen and Khaled are very friendly and always helpful. I also loved the food especially the breakfast. It’s my 3rd time staying here and it’s has been a delight as usual.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also safe, peaceful and beautiful. My only down side was the apartment was not located in centre of rehab.
I am a regular visitor to rehab and I must say this was the best apartment I ever stayed on rehab in term of cleaness, size, and comfort. indeed VIP compared to other rehab apartments I have tried. the owner was really helpful and nice.

Amazing days
I had a couple of wonderful days in a very comfortable flat at Al-Rehab City in Kairo. The flat was clean, tidy with very co operative staff and helpful people. In scale of 1-10 I would give 9 and in scale of ✨ stars ✨ I think I would say 4.8 out of 5. Many thanks to everyone who was there making our days absolutely amazing 🤩 I hope you all the very best. Super Host highly recommended. I needed help the first day with the internet and the host was there in 2 minutes, fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. No other issues faced during my stay. Very spacious clean place would definitely visit again.

Everything was excellent, no complain.
First of all, it’s a real place and owners are very good and helpful people. Everything were exactly as on photo. Apartment was clean with beautiful view. Location is also nice, the safest and calm place to stay with beautiful buildings around. There is washing machine in apartments, it works really well. We stayed at February and it was cold outside, but owners give us additional blanket. There were two bathroom with hot water, kitchen with all dishes, so it’s really good place to stay.

The shower foot tray in Bathroom is very small, not comfortable, the TV is small, rather than this everything is super
