I had a wonderful stay at Jaz Elite Casa del Mar in Hurghada. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety to choose from every day. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The evening shows were entertaining and a great way to end the day. My daughter especially enjoyed the Kids Club (a big thanks to Rima for making her time there so much fun)! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay in Hurghada.

Nothing, but maybe they can provide mineral water bottles. The water is all very clean filtered water, but it would be better if they provide mineral water instead

Every thing was good , except their food is same as normal is not that 5 stars I will 3 to 4 but only thing hotel rooms 5 stars mine was family suites

- The animation team were too up your face at times, if you want to relax they would sometimes nag for you to join activities. - The security team at cars’ parking were not as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff

Wifi needs to be improved but generally ok.

Food served was a nice variety, fresh and tasty. The staff gave us fantastic service and always helpful. It was not a massive resort, so it was easy to get to the main pools. Plenty of sun beds before 9.30am.

The hospitality of hotel stuff were amazing all the employees want to make sure that your are enjoying your stay and care about the guest’s satisfaction , the pool were so clean and the food were so delicious.

Everything was fantastic. This was ours second stay at this hotel and it was even better than the first time. Staff is very friendly and everybody is trying non stop :) We need to give special thanks to our room cleaner mr. Basem, he cleaned our room every day with precision and allways left us some nice sculptures with towels. We are coming back next year!

It was the most amazing vacation my husband and I have ever had. The people are amazing and the hotel is surreal. A huge thank you to the reception team who did everything to accommodate us, and to Cora who went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable. Same goes for the reception team who did their maximum to assist us. Noha from the paris café is also the most amazing staff. No error margin! Thank you all so much!

- Need to deal with mosquitos at night in outdoor places and lobby lounges! - Some of drinking water bottles tasted very weird.

It lacks kids activities that's the only thing missing to be my perfect destination. Kids club is small with so little to do. Very small kids park. No water park.

One of the top 5 hotels in hurghada for sure and I had been to many others. The staff really try their best and even beyond to give the best experience. Everyone is smily and friendly. We had family delux room. The Best family room I had been to.. very well organised for privacy and comfort. The pools and the beach really clean and well maintained. If you are a foody be sure you will have amazing time there. Pomodoro restaurant pizza and pasta are a must try.

First, this is my second visit to Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar hotel and won't be the last. The hotel is perfect. Staff, beach, swimming pools, restaurants, food and beverage, animation team, housekeeping, front office, guest relation, and atmosphere ...etc are all perfect. They are always improving themselves from the best to the best of the best. They are always impressing me.

Renovation and painting was being done next to our room, the staff didnt consider that we have a child with a stroller so that we have to go through some stairs and long way to the room . It was very weird that there are no soft drink inside the room unlike everywhere else inside Hurghada

Location is Good , beach is nice and allowing you to go to the open sea which is very good
