Rooms were very dated with a very old carpet and sofas. The service for food at the beach slow, no irons in the room. But for a short stay in Alexandria it was okay,

1. When we arrived, the receptionist had some confusion with our reservation, but the hotel manager intervened and personally ensured that our rooms were properly assigned. 2. I requested that the room not be cleaned unless we were present because I had left my money wallet on the room desk with all our bank cards while going for breakfast, as the room money safe was malfunctioning. However, the housekeeping staff entered the room in our absence.

I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel manager who spares no effort in monitoring the staff performance and satisfaction of the guests. You truly set an admirable example. Thank you.

I didn't like that every time I entered mamouruh to go to the resort from outaide I needed to pay entrance fee, I'm not sure if the hotel forgot to give us card to enter.

Great beach and pool, it's better to reserve front pool. Breakfast is really delicious 😋 The rooms are very clean 👌 The staff is amazing and helpfull!! The view is great and there's activities to do rent bike or beach buddy nearby. The beach is really good and waves not strong.

location is good near the Mamoura beach but it’s far away from city center and it takes long time to go to the city center specially during the rush hours.

pools have no heating system which make them useless during the cold weather also there was Moscato water given to me for 3 persons was not enough when I asked some water the restaurant they responded to me that the additional one will be charged

The view was awesome specially the pool surrounded by the green areas and adorable stuff specially Marina the receptionist and Hanan the house keeping Food was very very exceptional

The hotel is not prepared for babies or anyone with accessibility issues, stairs everywhere, even to go to the restaurant, and doesn't have an elevator as it's only two floor ground and first floor, and the restaurant doesn't have baby chair

The staff is very helpful and supportive special thanks to the receptionist staff, as they upgrade my room to ground floor as I was facing difficulties to take the stairs to the first floor and take the baby stroller with me

The window is transparent at night. Also, there was an extra charge for the compound to enter the hotel, without prior notice. The room does not have a telephone so room service has to be contacted via a private phone. The hot water was not working but after letting them know, they repaired it.

The cabin’s view was great, as it is on the beach. The room was clean and neat.

1- the room was not throughly clean . 2- No house keeping was provided the next day. 3- the inconvenient location of the toilet seat. 4- the breakfast was very poor with no proper service on the table, even no knives for slicing the bread and no table issues.

Everything was good, the beach cafe wasn't ready for us it took the staff almost 40 mins to get us a coffee and juice.

The hotel was a bit far from Alexandria (roughly 50 minutes). The hotel and beach was not completely clean as you can expect in this kind of accommodation. During the rain shower, the rain was leaking to our bungalow room. The main minus was poor knowledge of English by the hotel personnel which sometimes leaded to very confusing and stressed situations.

Modern hotel complex with the pool outside. Nice spacious apartment (bungalow) with a sea view. Comfy bed, air condition. Tasty continental breakfast in beach restaurant and foods in hotel restaurant, too. Kind stuff mainly in the beach restaurant.

The hotel did not have a good location. Everything from the hotel was incredibly far away (40 minutes by car). Additionally, to enter the area where the hotel was located, we had to pay 30 EGP. The hotel staff did not have a very high level of English, so in many instances, they did not understand exactly what we were asking for. In the restaurant, they tried to scam us out of money, where we were supposed to pay a larger sum than was actually due. After pointing out this fact, the hotel restaurant acknowledged the mistake and refunded us part of the money from the paid bill. I admit that during our stay in Egypt, we encountered situations everywhere where everyone tried to scam us out of money. However, I was surprised that it happened even in such prestigious hotels like this.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and clean. We had rooms with a sea view. The breakfasts were great with a wide selection. Similarly, the restaurant served very tasty and high-quality food.

The quality of the room is fine with a big balcony and clean bathroom. Maybe the building of the hotel is old, but it doesn't mean any disadvantage for the guests. The beach is also very lovely with free sunbeds and towels on the site. The breakfast was good, it was like in any other hotel in Egypt. The staff is is very hospitable, so nice people. On the departure day i didn't know how to get to the airport, but the staffs have organized a private transfer for me.

The services are good but could be more timely as probably we had to make the same request twice to get it done. But that shouldn’t take away the really helpful and well behaved nature of the staff. They were very caring.

This looks like a 5 star resort and we got ourselves a beach banglow, which is conveniently located on the Mammoura beach. The banglow is right infront of the beach and you could hear the roaring of the sea all day and night long. The breakfast was great to say the least which featured Egyptian traditional options, as well as continental and western dishes. The best breakfast we had during our stay in egypt. Must stay in Alexandria. You would not find anything better.

We started to enjoy our trip after we switched rooms. Also i booked the best suite in the place, it didn't meet our expectations: - The pool was cold and not heated. - The second room has a horrible smell. - Wifi not working. - Hot water takes around 5 mn until it works. The reception offered no help at first afterwards they showed us two other accommodations even worse than the one we were in. After wasting one night, they finally offered us a decent suite so we switched rooms.

-The beach is beautiful and the water was clean. - the swimming pool was good as well.
