The sunbeds at the beach need to be replaced. Beachguards are sometimes acting irrational: we are all for coral protection, but they tend to blow a whistle at you even when you are clearly walking on the sand along the shore, not even close to the corals. Most of the waiters are great, we particularly like Ahmed Eid at the main restaurant. While some can be a little too intrusive. I understand that they are just trying to be funny and friendly and I do see that some guests really like it, but if guests clearly want to enjoy their dinner in privacy in a closer curcle that kind of behaivor can be a little intrusive.

Food quality is good, you can always find something delicious to suit your taste. We really liked Brazilian restaurant. Great green territory. We had a deluxe room in bloc 3,room was fresh and spacious, location was fairly quiet. Most of the staff are doing great job! Barmen at the beach bar, Hassan, is amazing! This guy is working non-stop with cosmic speed, always smiling, firendly & polite.

The a-la-carte restaurants are very good but with limited tables. So every night after midnight there is a race to make a reservation among the guests. This could have been solved in a better different way. The taste and options of dinner in the main restaurant (self service) is average. For Rixos I was expecting much better options.

The room is very clean, big and comfortable. The beach side is always clean and they always find a place for everyone for sun tanning.

Unsatisfactory room was given firstly, however this was quickly changed to another room in line with expectations/promised. Tennis trainer was not present, even we had informed that tennis was the main purpose of the stay. Staff should have paid attention and informed us prior to the long travel.

Tennis court, location, good main restaurant as well as Turkish breakfast. Generally service minded staff, however some of the empyees was more unexperienced and lacked education/training. Facilities very good.

While I do not drink alcoholic the same as others, who their drink included in the package, I have to pay for fresh juice if I asked for in the swimming pool, while the cost of the fresh juice is nothing comparing to alcoholic one.

The property has lots to say offer, many pools events and activities. Staying at Rixos- Ultra All Inclusive Adults only, permits you access to its neighbouring hotel which is family oriented. Its main attraction is the water park! Restaurants, the neighbouring hotel and pools across the resort were all accessible! Buggies picked you up and dropped you off

I think more than one pool area should be heated. The only pool that was heated was very difficult to find a lounger. Also, the heated pool had no music or atmosphere. Maybe you could heat both the quiet pool and the pool with music, that would be amazing !

I would like to comment about Mahmoud at the front desk check in. His manner and service was exceptional.

A la Carte restaurants are very difficult to book due to limited availability.

I really liked the idea of benefiting from activities and restaurants in both hotels, and the staff`s courteous behavior is very helpful with anything you request. Especially the receptionist Mr. Mina, was extremely respectful and cooperative. In the main restaurant, The Palm, I would like to thank Chef Hamada Abdullah.
