Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaAdditional 30$ was asked on arrival which was not mentioned in booking.com description. Hair dryer in the bathroom makes a loud noise and I was not sure if it is problematic one so turned it off because of its sound . It would be great if they can replace that.
I was there for 3 nights. Food, entertainment, beach, balcony facing beach and sunrise view evryday. Staff cleans the room everyday. Everyday free shuttle to Naama bay. 1 hour late checkout was permitted without much hassle. Towels , shampoos were replaced everyday. Fruits kit was served second day.

United KingdomOnly criticism is that there is no actual beach area. The sunbeds are on sandy gravel but about 1.5m above the sea which is full of reef. Very good for snorkeling with access via a ladder but not any good for children or if you just want to paddle .
The staff were all excellent and couldn't do enough for us . We were upgraded to a quieter and larger room at no extra cost and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Even on our last day they let us stay for lunch while waiting for our taxi 10++ All drinks and food free throughout day with plenty of choice ( maybe not that much western style food ).

HungaryThe food is monotonous, I think you can get bored in 7 weeks. I didn't like the meat, but obviously that's a matter of taste. Overall, the food is average at most. It would be nice to offer sugar-free drinks as well. For those who cannot drink sugary soft drinks, water remains.
The hotel's park is very well maintained, the sea is right next to the promenade. The sea is wonderful, you can dive, there are many fish, the coast is clean. The hotel rooms are old and in need of renovation, but the bed is comfortable and the room is adequate. I think it is an excellent accommodation for the price.

IrelandMy own personal issue found going up and down to the beach hard because of the steps and the hill. However I loved the pool bar with the beautiful view of the Red Sea .
All of the staff were very professional. They were helpful and kind . Always on hand to help. Special thanks to the pasta chef who cooked and served up piping hot dishes all the time with a lovely big smile.
