The corridor to the rooms were quite dark in the morning and the room itself was quite dark and can use more light.

Mr Hany the hotel manager and the hotel staff were very professional and the attention to detail was amazing! The hotel was clean, variety of food and animation shows. The aqua park entrance was great and the sea was beautiful with wonderful coral reefs to see the colorful fish!

Wifi is a disaster! Not working at any place at the resort. Also breakfast could include more items other than basics.

It's a cozy and clean resort with a lovely sandy beach. It has also nice pools to enjoy. Staff are friendly and manging guests super well although the resort was almost with full capacity. Breakfast buffet was nice but dinner was very delicious with many varieties. Entertainment/animation teams were very amusing and made our stay enjoyable and nights were fun. Room is clean and with reasonable space. Many thanks for all of the team starting with the reception who responded to my request to have my room at an upper floor in a quiet area, and the remaining staff for making us comfortable and entertained throughout our stay!

Main pool was on reconstruction (but small pool was warm and good enough), double bed was actually two queen-sizes. Coffee could be better.

Very kind staff, especially housekeepers and pizza guy. Territory is very green and beautiful, not too small and not too big. Room with high ceiling and safe balcony (15 months toddler can run without danger). Cot for a baby was available despite the description! Great beach and sea. Great diverse food. Definitely want to come back someday.

Very friendly staff, smooth check in, excellent room service. Excellent staff in the restaurant. Food is very tasty with good variations. Beach is always clean. Very good swimming pool. They made a surprise party for my little girl birthday. She was delighted with it. This is my second visit and will definitely come back again.

The smallest room for a 5-star hotel Very narrow beach area. Two restaurants and a bar throughout the hotel, at a maximum distance of 50 meters. No bar at the beach. Excursion offers offered by the hotel at double prices compared to normal. Weak program, identical for 7 evenings at the mini disco. Bored animation team

Resort ok. The restaurant and the food are ok with a varied menu. Well-kept garden. Pontoon with boats for excursions and scuba diving. Ok area for snorkeling. Smooth entry into the sea. Very pleasant walking area by the sea through many neighboring resorts, on the shores of Makadi Bay. Small swimming pool with heated water. I recomand snorkeling at Fort Arabesque hotel, 10 minutes walk on the beach

All was good, while several small issues can be improved, of which main is quality of douch soap and shampoo in the rooms. Also even at minimum speed the A/Cs in all our rooms were quite noisy. The shower water was just warm, not hot in 2 of 3 rooms that we had.

The hotel is compact compared to others in Hurghada, and the sea is accessible from any most distant room 5 min max. Well maintained territory, very green. Rooms are large, all standard. We booked "patio" room, willing to stay on the ground floor, while it apeared that it is only in building #7 they have them, and this building is far from the beach and main resto. Also it was close to the road where trucks started at 6 a.m. So we changed for 1st floor in another building. The staff is all very positive and willing to help, from Front Desk to restaurant waiters and the room attendants. It is very pleasant. Positively surprised by food that was just our style: variety of oriental/mediterranian starters, lots of fried, braised, barbequed, sauted meets (very good quuality), some nice but not excessive fish, and wide selection of sweet stuff. Fresh fruit could be more. We did not expect to have fresh oysters or meals like in a Michelin place, but the food was fresh and tasty every day, some dished were simply good. We did not use "a la carte" restaurants for dinner as were satisfied in the main one. The beach is another positive surprise. Very nice sand beach, deep water quickly, while a shallow bank with the live riff after, all at 50 meter range. Good bar service on the beach, if you are not overly demanding to variety of drinks. We used a private boat to a riff, that was entertaining while not worth the money, as the riff was same as in front of the hotel. So pay attention on what they promote to you and insist they take you to where they advertise. The pool is visibly clean not very large and was full of kids, and we did not use it. We also took a desert ride in quad bikes that was nice. There are shops of all kinds 10-15 minutes walking distance from the hotel, but we bought only fresh fruit and some pharma stuff. All in the place was convenient and nice, from all our group of 8 (no children under 10) nobody had a major issue to complain.

The hotel can be considered somewhat pricey, possibly because of its prime beachfront location. They do provide complimentary tickets to the Makadi Aquapark, which could be an alternative to help lower costs. While the main restaurant offers good quality food, I had higher expectations in terms of taste and overall quality.

The hotel is exceptional, offering a full range of amenities, spacious rooms, and a prime beachfront location. The staff, particularly at the reception and beach restaurant, are notably courteous.

The price is higher than most of the resorts, I'm not saying it does not deserve it, but still, it's not cheap.

It's one of the best places i have ever been before , 5 stars with all the details, i regret i stayed only 2 nights, enjoyable resort the best for honeymoon or family vacation, nice sandy beach, access to the aquapark , clean pool best food quality, and the best of the best the coffee, i advice anyone to have couple of nights in this place .

The hotel was great, the facilities, cleanliness, beach, but more importantly the staff, starting from the front desk specifically Abdel Hak who was very professional, friendly and very accommodating. Traveling with two kids can be very stressful however this trip and stay was different to the level that my older son who's 9 years old cried the last day because of the amount of love and care he received by the most incredible executive chef " Chef Nageh Mohammed" . Our trip would not have been the same without Nageh, a great menu, food quality and him being present interacting with the guest with his amazing sense of humor.
