The bedrooms have no real blackouts on the windows, just some transparent curtains that let the light in since dawn, so from 5am or so, you're sleeping in a lighty bedroom, which is not spectacular. The apartment, though centrally located, is not amazingly sound proof and, specially on busy nights (such as fridays and saturdays) it can get a little noisy in the bedrooms. Nothing too incapacitating, but worth noting. The check-in is made in the reception (which is fine and people are really nice and helpful) or, when reception is closed, using a check-in machine that didn't work out for us because it couldn't scan my ID.

Great location, specially if you want to visit the museums. A lot of restaurants and bars around, so no problems getting something to eat. Good, comfortable apartment, with equipped kitchen ready to cook and serve full meals. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good ammenities.

Very dirty street behind the property (it is somehow out of control), and expensive parking lot, if they have parking contract nearby, it would be perfect.

The decor was a bit sterile. Some artwork on the walls would really help the apartment feel warmer and more welcoming, Also would appreciate shampoo and tissues.

We loved the comfort, the location near all the major museums, the ease of checking in, and the excellent communications. Roomy, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lovely windows overlooking a bustling plaza.

Perfect location if you want to explore Madrid and then catch a train to the South of Spain. Close to almost everything you would need. Accommodation is predictable and sufficient. It works.

Hard to think of anything to complain about. Nice apartment in nice location.

Staff is outstanding and very helpful. Location is walking distance to museums, park and tapas.. It is also more or less across the street from Atocha train station in case you are traveling by train. Metro station is right outside the main door. It is on a busy street but is well sound proofed so it is quiet. Good sized apartment with plenty of room.

It’s not very sound proof. The key card is not working after one time use so we have to keep requesting new key card.

The apartment is modern and the location is good. Love the view from the window. The staff are very friendly and the check in and out process is easy.

Beds are a little small for the family group, and guest bed was in the middle of the living room.

The location of this apartment is very good, a little noisy during lot of movement around Atocha area in the night; however doors and windows have an excellent noise isolation to avoid discomfort during resting time. Apartment kitchen is very well integrated to the dining area, and it is very wide and space distribution is perfect.

Should look very carefully where to park rented car in live streets next to the apartment.

The location is in a very central place within walking distance of the Picasso exhibition and Prado Museum, which already says a lot. There are significant options for great gastronomic delight in the surroundings; it is perfect.

The apartment is just a short walk from the Atocha Station. The entrance to the metro station is just right in front of the main door to the apartment making it extremely convenient to move around the city. The staff allowed us to check in to the apartment early before noon. The apartment is sizable, well equipped and comes with two washrooms. Even though it faces a busy roundabout, we were able to rest comfortably at night. There are many eateries in the vicinity.

Lighting in the kitchen area. It only worked on a sensor light and was difficult when using the kitchen area. If you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed by street noise and a busy road.
