Getting into the shower and out, because the glass door open to the inside rather than the outside, also it was hard to reach the towel rack, overall we did not mind this.

Hard to fault, but bathroom needs a little TLC. It was perfectly clean though.

We stayed here after finishing the Camino. The hotel was clean and a great location. Staff were very friendly and help in very way they could.

Sometime during the night the air conditioning shut off. Didn’t care for that as there was no air moving in the room at all.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff, especially Iria, fabulous! As we were leaving on an early morning flight, Iria made us a lovely picnic to take with us.

No facility to make tea/coffee or a bar to buy drinks. Restaurant in hotel was Michelin star so a bit beyond our budget although other restaurants nearby.

The main road, on which the hotel is located, is very noisy.

Very convenient location to get to the centre of town, lovely and comfortable room with very good facilities, spacious, lovely decor which gives the room a relaxed feeling. The staff were very helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Convenient location to catch the airport bus.

Quite dark rooms even when lights on so easy to walk into low level cupboards- (no alcohol consumed at this stage!)

This was for our last night before flying home so a functional stay. Concierge kindly changed rooms for one of our party as it was too hot.

Beautiful hotel ideally located for the old town of Santiago de Compostela. The brickwork was really unusual and the room we stayed in was huge! Beds extremely comfortable and the staff very helpful.

Nothing really - great value for money

Great location just outside the pedestrian area of the old town area - easy for taxi drop off and a short walk to cathedral. Quiet and key code entrance worked well for our late arrival. Excellent friendly staff gave us free tea and coffee when we didn't want full breakfast. Would stay again and recommend to friends

The bathroom in the first room I stayed in needed repairs. i had trouble adjusting the water. when I changed rooms, the bathroom had water and moisture coming through the bathroom floor signaling a plumbing problem. if you stepped anywhere in that bathroom water came through the floor. That amount of humidity under the floorboards breeds fungus.

The location and the woman at the front desk and staff were helpful.

Nice hotel in a beautiful old building. My room was very large and had a super cute terrace. The bed was comfy. The location is perfect, just behind the market, in the limits of the old city wall.
