Lovely hotel not too far from city centre. The room at the top was really nice with a great jacuzzi bath. The place was very clean and the girl in reception was pleasant and helpful.

Such a cute place, loved the patio and the cozy rooms. It's a great option for a trip to Granada, located very close to the center and a good value for the money. The staff were very friendly as well and helped me with anything I needed.

An islamic house-style hotel with Garden patio inside. Silent and tidy place. Room was comfortable and with all standard items. No need anything more if staying for one night.

50 euro deposit taken but this was refunded the day after checkout. T&c state this can be with held if cleaning not satisfactory.

Good apartment with a lovely courtyard. Apartment was cool but blankets provided for beds. Very good location and 15mins walk to main square via the cobbled streets and shops, cafes etc. No direct contact with staff as hotel reception elsewhere but information provided as requested via messaging. Across the street from a lovely park with fountains and seating.

There was agood deal of noise on 2 nights of my 4 night stay with guests either arriving late or coming in late, banging doors and taking showers after midnight. I was short on sleep those 2 nights. Also being in room 2 near the reception I found a little noisy.

No coffee or tea on offer in the room, these were additional extras you had to pay for or bring your own, even though a kettle was provided.

Location ideal for exploring Granada. Quiet location, set well away from busy main streets. Well informed and friendly staff. The courtyard was very pleasant to relax in.

I didn't like how impersomal the personnel was, the fact that cleaning didn't involve changes of the towels. The decoration of the room seems to not have been changed the last 10 years and there were even some lamps that didn't work properly.

The air conditioner wasn't working 😕, I couldn't open the window because of the noises outside so was too warm inside the room

I thought they could use more signage to direct you to your room -- it was not clear that our room was located on the other side of the terrace. Also, our room was very warm and it was difficult you get it cooled down. I have to say, the location, while very handy to the old city, many attractions and restaurants, and transportation, is a bit off-putting at first. The neighborhood looks a sketchy but actually was fine.

The hotel itself is quaint and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
