Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parking was hard especially with higher van couldn’t go in there parking facility and around was very busy but because of help and luck from manager he was parked next to me I got a double spot outside which was pure luck so make sure your transportation isn’t to long or high harder to park
Good location close to hospital where I had to be good breakfast

Distance from the center is not the best with a toddler, but we got a car and plans with friends so not an issue for us. Still it feels bit far to walk otherwise.
We got a nice offer and it made it nice value for money. Free parking in the street was easy to find as well. And the room was clean and tidy. Nice touch from the cleaning ladies putting my daughter's doll to sleep in bed :D loved it!

Great location, just by the main Highway to Portugal. Comfy bed, good facilities.

evening receptionist could learn to smile when checking people in!
unscheduled stop due to a car mishap so was just a bed for the night but the room and bathroom were fine, breakfast guy very pleasant but breakfast very expensive for what you get. morning receptionist very pleasant on checkout

The breakfast had a very limited choice and it is the same every day, so if you stay there 3-4 days, be prepare to not have many options. The door at the bathroom is of glass, so not closing well. It might not be that nice when not travelling alone.
The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

outside was not clean so didn’t feel like the area was good. it was quiet so maybe impression was wrong. not a proper restaurant for dinner just very basic food available that was expensive for what it was. there was no jug to make tea and water from coffee machine came out dirty and tasted like coffee as it always does from coffee machines

There weren't enough electrical outlets in the room to accommodate electric devices. There was only one plug!
The room was perfect. It even came with a small refrigerator that wasn't mentioned in the booking. The breakfast buffet was complete and appetizing.

Good basic quality hotel with clean rooms (we only arrived late and spent only 1 night) and with a very good breakfast including fruits. For us, this was the perfect hotel to sleep on our 2 day trip to go skiing in Sierra Nevada.

The location has been the down side about this hotel. 40 mins walk from the town center .
The room was spacious, clean and the shower was very powerful . The hotel overall was quiet and very clean.

Although private parking is listed, on the occasion I stayed, none was available. I then struggled to find street parking.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The room comfortable, clean and benefited from a well appointed bathroom. As I arrived after midnight, I was very pleased to find a small selection of pre prepared food, snacks and drinks available in reception. I purchased a large fruit salad which was ample as my evening meal.

Quite far from the centre, and the choice of restaurants in the area is quite limited. The breakfast is very limited, though this is probably due to COVID restrictions

Great location if you are travelling further, close to highway with parking garage, very good breakfast and nice staff, lacked some evening food option, no room service but uber eats works, long checkout till 12 is nice
