Very basic hotel, was surprised it’s a 4*, room was small and basic, very crowded hotel, big turnover of guests, bad soundproofing, can hear all the party goers coming back, always a queue at the reception, cleaning standards are not the best

The rooms are very close together so you can hear everything in the room next to you. Didn’t find this much of an issue but I can imagine in high season it wouldn’t be ideal.

Super clean and fresh. Reception staff very friendly and even let us check in early. The beach club area was super nice and lovely view of the sea.

I don’t like the beds because are single and we are a couple and the beds are not very comfortable . Door card are working very bade if you use 2 times next one the card is not working add you see when you are one the door . In 3 days we change more then 10 cards .

Vegetarian menu was basic with only 3 vegetarian options, there was also a taste of fish within the entrè of olives, garlic dip, bread and oil. Based on hotel pictures it appears that guests can use the sun loungers within the beach club area but these are €70 each but include minimum spend within the restaurant /bar area. This isn’t that bad value for money but we did think use of these facilities was included in the stay price and so just having that little Bit of extra information advising of this (within the booking process or clearly on the website or booking.com would have been advantageous)

The bathtub was a bit dirty, the shower system was also not in the best condition, water splashed from the cracks, which greatly affected the impression of the room.

Excellent staff! Good location, nice pool area and bar. The restaurant is amazing, there are a lot of options for every taste. Good price. Also, the hotel presented my bf a bottle of champagne for his birthday, which was a surprise!

Room quiet basic, no tea/coffee available also no soft drinks available at dinner time (not even water) , all drinks only available at bar with long queue (1 person serving)

Breakfast kept running out and had to wait for a long time for them to be replaced also one of the coffee machines was broken so there were queues for the other ones - was tooooo busy at the hotel felt like an airport lounge at times - pool area wasn’t great but it was ok - I didn’t use that in the end as it was busy and not tempting - the pool area and the rest of the hotel were a bit cheap looking but overall it was clean and sufficient Oh and one more thing that I was wondering about before going there and seemed that I was correct, was that is that the hotel is very close to the airport and on the flight path so planes kept flying over the hotel during the day. Didn’t hear them much when the windows were closed but wanted to add this as I would’ve liked to know about this.

Good value - good breakfast but shame things kept running out at the buffet - staff were quite nice especially the first receptionist - location was not bad either lots of handy souvenir shops around but not proper shops

This hotel is actually nice. With the beach, swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas. Breakfast was okay. The room itself was clean, with the balcony and the sea view.

The water in the swimming pool was not heated. The noise from people coming after party never let me sleep on first night.

Area not great. Had to go to reception five times because keycap would not open my door. Room was located near the lift and was very very noisy. It’s a little tired in places. I think it should be cheaper than it is.

Only 3 small two person lifts for an extra large hotel, sometimes you had to wait 5 minutes to get on a lift.
