Perfect location for walks in town and up the hills. Clean and equipped for self-cattering. Comfortable and quiet place with big beds. Terrasse is small and not much usable, but there are benches in front of the house with view to enjoy. Easy parking at the door of the house. Advise: if you come by car, always drive back uphill or you might be trapped in narrow streets of old town.

I had some trouble to find the building coming by walk from the bus station, since the district is made of several little streets which are not always signposted. I did not bring any detergent and there was sadly none in the apartment. As there was no cloth to dry the dishes after washing them. It is also good to know that the building consists actually of 3 flats, located nearby of each other. It did not bother me though.

The apartment was clean and I was offered the possibility of letting my luggage after check-out in case I needed it. It was great to get the possibility also to make some laundry. Jose was also very quick to answer to all my requests/messages before arrival. He also provided me with a map of the city upon arrival, which was kind of him.

The apartment on the ground floor, and we couldn't keep open windows all the time, because it was seen from the street what is happened in the room.

The property's keeper met us on arriving and gave all needed recommendations - and all of them were very useful. We also got the application with description of the Cuenca's area on the phone.

The apartment is only 15 minutes from the old town and 10 minutes from the new town. However, it is up a hill. Not a problem for me, but could be if you're not mobile. A bonus for us was the apartment was less than 10 minutes walk away from the dinosaur museum. A must see

The shower was good with plenty of hot water but unfortunately there was no 'hook' to hold up the shower head (our travel gaffer tape saved the day!) - everything else was fine

The apartment was very nice - on the ground floor and we were able to park right outside. It was a good size as it was just the two of us with a comfortable seating area and a well equipped kitchen where we were able to have breakfast and an evening meal. It is perfectly located about a 10-15 minute walk from the old town of Cuenca and in quiet residential area. In advance of arriving Jose was very good in answering my questions and arrived just as we were parking to hand over the keys and explain everything. We had a great meal in Meson Darling (10 minute walk away) and Cuenca Cathedral is amazing inside.

long walk into town, very steep hill. It would have been a nice touch if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the house. very noisy at night due to dogs and boy racers doing circuits around the area. (not the owners fault).

What a cute place! Everything was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was great and the sitting area even had a fireplace. If I am ever back in Cuenca, this is where I am staying.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy 10 minute walk into town and 20 mins from the old town. The apartment manager was extremely nice. Our luggage was delayed and he went above and beyond to help us. I would definitely recommend this apartment ☺

There is parking but you have to find different spaces every time you bring the car back.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation.The host kindly came in his car to guide us to the place when we got lost because, despite the clear directions ,there are many small one way roads if you get off track.There are good views of the old town and just a pleasant downhill walk to nearest restaurants.There was a generous supply of food provided for 3 days’ breakfasts.

The property was not the one advertised - it was behind the one shown in the pictures, up some steps and part of a row of terraced properties with another property above. Very confusing. We felt a little 'unnerved' as we felt like obvious tourists in a residential area and that we shouldn't have been there . Cuenca is worth a visit to see the 'hanging' houses and the historic town. Probably better to stay a little closer the old town.

The host was very nice, his English was about as good as my Spanish, so communicating was a little difficult. Even though we stated our time of arrival, we still had to wait about 45 minutes to get the keys. This is not a criticism. I doubt that Cuenca is a typical/usual place for English tourists, so the language barrier can be a problem. He came the next day with breakfast which was a really nice touch.
