Some things are simply unacceptable in a hotel that costs over 600 euros per night. Bottled water is only provided on the day of check-in — that’s absurd. Power outlets and light switches are falling out of the walls. There are no bathroom amenities at all, except for liquid soap and shampoo — which were often missing anyway.

Another year and we’re back at the hotel. Stunning location right on the beach, great pool, good food. Highly recommended

Super loud, you can hear everything from outside and the other hotel guests.

The staff were incredible, probably the friendliest I have experienced in my many years of visiting Ibiza. I also very much liked the pool area which had a lovely view and nice vibe. Rooms were decent sized.

Breakfast was lovely, the pool was amazing and the location to the beach is lush. Its a very relaxed chilled hotel in a great location between the town and clubs. Clientele were quiet and polite.

Pool closed 7pm. Pool bar closed 5pm. Both apparently open later in season till 10pm but not advertised as place where last pool access 8pm etc, could and should have been open till 10pm

The music was sometimes a bit loud & clubby at 11am in the morning - some days were more chilled and zen which is the right vibe until after lunch I’d say. Staff were reluctant to change or turn it down even a little as the boss likes it this way. With only a few couples round the pool and no sign of a club crowd it seemed to be more about the owner than the guests. It is Pkaya del Bossa but it’s not The Hard Rock Cafe it’s a luxury suites hotel

It’s beautifully furnished and designed - laid back luxury - junior suites were small but everything we needed for a couple. Fab views from our sea facing balcony over the pool and to the sea beyond. Staff were lovely, it was spotlessly clean and nice bar & daytime food

Location is great, super close to the city and nice beaches and clubs. Also; the rooms were super clean. It was quite close to the beach also so you could go and swim easily. However, the best PART WAS THE GREAT PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING There.

Pool area was fab and pool serving team couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing! Hotel very smart and is on the beach, so would highly recommend for a quieter stay than say in Ibiza Town.
