Location in city center, main atractions and many restaurants and bars are really close. Rooms were clean, big double bed, clean pool on the rooftop.

Central location, spacious rooms, very clean, the family suite was excellent. Parking is available but not free. Staff is helpful and friendly. A very short walk to Ramblas. Carrefour supermarket right underneath.

Best to have your wits about you as there are some interesting characters in the streets outside. It is very close to La Rambla and the gothic quarter though so very convenient.

I don’t think it was busy so it was very quiet . The beds were amazing! Very close to tourist areas.

Shower floor was slippery. Has to be caution and careful when taking a shower.

Has to close the window curtain. The area around the hotel was quiet and safe. About 10 minutes walk to La Rambla. Very convenient to Hop On Hop Off Bus station. You can purchase bus tickets from the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpfuf and friendly in many ways.

The staff’s occasional lack of interest in guest satisfaction was noticeable and detracts from the overall experience. A more attentive approach could make a significant difference.

The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering stunning views that elevated my stay. The room’s comfort stood out as well, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom’s design was both elegant and functional, and the inviting lobby alongside the beautifully landscaped outdoor space greatly enhanced the ambiance.

No body wash / shampoo / soap provided. Homeless people stationed at the entrance of property and air conditioning would not go under 19 degrees Celsius so room was much too warm and humid.

See above, also… in a city where many tourists are English speaking, not having more than one English option for TV news or entertainment is not acceptable. Rooms were hot, no real control of temperature. Preachy “signage” in guest rooms didn’t add to the decor.

Great view of city from 11th floor. Location was good for access to tourist areas, however the hotel is situated next to an area where homeless people congregate. I wouldn’t want to go out at night.

1114 has an odd noise that’s sounds like it’s from an elevator but it didn’t disturb me too much. There are homeless people sleeping very close to the hotel entrance.

Staff were very welcoming snd accommodating. Check in wasn’t until 3pm and I was there earlier but they stored my back pack for me which was great. Sound proofing helped as it’s on a busy road. Room was compact but well organised and very clean.

The area nearby is a bit dirty, but it's not a mistake of the hotel..In addition, position of the hotel is quite good for exploring the city of Barcelona.

Great staff, starting with the receptionists, through the excellent service at breakfast, and ending with the ladies who clean the rooms. I have never seen such a perfect service in a 3* hotel.

The view from the rooftop pool is amazing. The whole rooftop area is. I was there in low season so it wasn't busy, which was great. I could even access it after i had checked out. Really liked the breakfast, good variety, healthy and treats. I have a gluten-free diet and the friendly chef was happy to accommodate that. Location is fab. Room was good. No complains.

Staff could be more welcoming, more smiling. I didn't like that the staff were talking very noisily to each other during breakfast, I like a quiet, cozy atmosphere in the morning. There are no shampoo, hair conditioner and so on. There is no tea pot in the room it is a minus for me, after long day of walking i want to rest in the room with a cup of tea. It is unclear why there are so many kitchen sofas in front of the bed, instead it is better to have a normal wardrobe and shelves for shoes, the design should not just be beautiful, but first of all convenient for the guest.

Perfect, tasty, various, ideal breakfast, the best of the best, I liked location, near to Rambla, near to the sea. Room was pretty spacious, excellent sound insulation, very clean, comfortable bed. Great view from the rooftop.
