Thin walls meaning you could hear guests in the room next to you :(

The room is a bit small if you plan a long stay, lacks an area to store travelling bags ( we spent our time move it around on the floor to make room ). The breakfast could be much better in my opinion ( some variety and local fruits would be great ). The check-in was stressfull as we arrived late and no info were provided apart from the room keys on the reception desk ! We had confirmed our late arrival with the hotel so the first impression was not top. That got even weirder when we got back to the hotel from a small walk at the local fair and found the hotel door closed. You need a code to get in, fortunately there is a bell and the hotel satff came to open, stressfull start indeed , but got much better once settled.

the location is a bit far from the beach,(take 20mins on foot), if you dont have a car, you could take a bus just at the corner.(every 1 our) and break fast, could be better a bit.

the old classic building and out the garten also (restaurant) with a pool are so beatiful. and easy to access anytime. also the hosts are so friendly and speak in English well.

The meal portions were definitely too small, we weren't full at all. We also had dinner one night and it was quite tasty, but a bit too expensive considering the price-quality and quantity relation. The staff were mostly nice, but some could have been more attentive. It was hard to find anyone at the reception, it seems they are understaffed for the moment.

The swimming pool and outside areas were really wonderful, plenty of room for the guests and it was possible to relax. The area surrounding the hotel was the old town, so it had a special feeling to it (despite the long walk from the train station).

The location provided tranquility but also isolation. You are close to the castle but a long way from the restaurants near the beach. There is a café almost next door and a shawarma place but few other options.

The garden came as a surprise, its beauty, size and location, in the centre of the village. In high season it might get busy with the attraction of the large swimming pool but in April it's a peaceful oasis. The hotel is run as an extended family especially when it comes to dinner where there is a discussion as to what will be cooked. Always a culinary adventure as long as you are willing to wait until after 8:30 pm to start the meal.

I had to adjust to eating after 20:30 and finishing at 21:30 but there aren't many local options and the beach restaurants are a couple of kilometres away but it is what it is and the meals are worth waiting for.

Brilliant garden with palm trees and a large pool, not what you expect in the centre of the town. The location suited me very well as it is as far from the bustle of the beach as possible and right next to the amazing castle. Staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ample and good and the dinner was always a pleasant surprise.

Only thing we didn't like was the poor breakfast they had only chees and cerdo which I dont eat and not even tea or croissant. Reception hall always smelled fish no idea why but it wasn't good

Room is a bit old fashion - it is part of the hotel "Antiga" but as it is far from the beach you could expect a very nice bedroom when it is finally just a regular one

breakfast was pretty good and despite buffet was not available we had enough to be full The garden is just amazing and staff very helpful and smiling. Few parking available (2 cars in front of the hotel) but we were lucky enough to have one for us
