The kitchen could have been better equipped with utensils, wine glasses, chopping knives etc. On one occasion there was no hot water left for showering, but this was not a deal breaker.

Great location, friendly and supportive host, cleaning and fresh towels and bedsheets, nice and quiet at the very top of the building. We didn't hear any street noise whatsoever.

There was a few times a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. The door was kept closed all the time. The room, kitchen utensils, bed, everything was spotless. Apart from the blanket, I found a few different hairs on it which was not a pleasant experience especially when needed for my 8-month-old baby. I know it's Ibiza, but the temperature can drop a bit in certain months of the year.

Excellent location and service. Staffs were very kind and helpful every time I needed them. Spacious Apartment with a very nice and relaxing balcony. Worth every penny 👌

The bed was a bit too hard for my liking but that's a personal preference. There could be a bedside light or lamp instead of just the main lights which makes it a bit too bright at night. Perhaps a side table next to the kitchen as well for preparing food as the kitchenette is small.

Luis and the staff were all extremely welcoming, accommodating and helpful throughout our long stay. The studio was cleaned regularly, sheets changed, the installations all worked, the kitchen well equipped and the A/C worked well both hot and cold when needed.

No swimming pool. The first room we were given looked out onto the main road so it was very noisy, the air was bad and there was an awful smell. Palm trees were overhanging so little sun and the balcony was tiny.

All very clean, At our request we moved to one of the Attic flats at an extra cost where the apartment was bigger, there were superb views, was private and was quieter. The balcony was huge. There was a washing machine in the bathroom but it did not really work. The spinner definitely did not so we hand washed thereafter.

I booked two apartments for 8 people and we got an attic and a regular apartment. The attic was spacious and beautiful, it had a very big and furnished kitchen and a bathroom with a big shower. Unfortunately the regular apartment was way too small for 4 people and it had two beds located in a small living room next to a kitchen that was tiny and not very clean. In general I would recommend booking an attic because it's not expensive and the apartment is close to the beach and well located, close to the bus stop and to supermarkets

in the bathroom we had ants, but nothing to moan about - in our 5 nights of stay we had the room cleaned very lightly, (just the flooring was mopped); I think no more than 10 minutes, no cleaning of the sink/kitchen area which was a little dissappointing. The second offer of clean was the day we were checking out when we were packing so we passed.

Fantastic location, 2 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the bus stop to airport and other major areas in Ibiza. Loved every moment. All in all, fantast host, very friendly lady at reception who was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend it.
