2 bedroom Apartment was good size,3 balconies,2 bathrooms & living area with more than adequate kitchen.Location excellent.Had an issue when 1st arrived was put right straight away by the friendly staff on 24hr reception.Would stay again.

Keys are collected from a nearby hotel. The hotel told me they have their own parking, but it was not possible to reserve a space. They also told me I could use the car park at Plaça de San Cristóbal for a discounted price. When I arrived at the hotel there was no sign of any parking spaces belonging to the hotel so we went to the car park - which proved something of a challenge since Google maps doesn't seem to know where the entrance is. Note that to get discounted parking you need to have the hotel stamp your ticket, and pay the cashier - not using the machines.

A map showing where to collect the keys from where the apartment is would have been handy as it's only around the corner, but if you don't know the location can be a bit frustrating. Considerably loud at night with late night bars literally outside your doorstep & bin men emptying bins at 1.30AM.

The location is superb. Right in the centre of old town, with bars literally on your door step. Can be a bit loud for families, but for younger groups is perfect. Nothing a good pair of ear defenders can't sort out.

Kitchen - very simply equipment and no salt nor pepper, olive oil - nothing. I would expect to have some basics available.

Nice apartment, very well located, just in the center. Easy and comfortable check-in, maybe a bit difficult to find the apartment itself.

The apartment is above a street with a lot of nightclubs. It is quite well soundproofed but ear plugs helped block it out completely.

The location in the old town was great - a wonderful cafe called Coffee Madness round the corner which was fab for breakfast and amazing coffees. The apartment had everything you needed, lovely and clean and Juliette balconies with a line to peg up wet towels and swimming costumes.

It was close to the loud bar but it’s difficult to avoid if you want to be in the central location. It was not a problem for us as I was travelling with friends and went out a lot but for family with small children might be too loud over the weekend

Great location, comfortable , clean and just in the centre . Amazing 10 days in Alicante . Host even ordered taxi back for us at great price which was very comfortable.

The bed was very bad i could not sleep, it took some time before we found reception, we called several times no one answered, in the end we found it ourselves it was on another street, very difficult to find parking.

The apartment was nice, the people who work there are nice, the place is very good close to everything

Property very tired, not like the photos. Flooring, tiles, sockets, cracked, split, broken. Could do with some TLC. Not clean under beds, looked like it had not been cleaned for months. Had little kitchenware and 4 coffee pods, nothing else, not one sachet of sugar, UHT milk, salt, pepper, nothing. Very uninviting in my opinion.

Location was great. in the old town Not so much having to park to get to the hotel to get the keys and parking instructions! I think they could at least explain this before arrival (and how much it costs)

The apartment furniture is old - the rooms are clean and repainted bur everything else is depreciated. The apartment that we booked from booking was quite different from what we actually got - it seems they only show the renovated apartments with the nice view but there is no guarantee that you will get one of them although you book a specific apartment with specific images.

Everything is very well organised and you can check in at any time. The personnel from the reception is very kind and helpful and provides all necessary information. The location is great.

I contacted the provider to inform them that there was a problem with the bed. A few of the Lathes broken away from the fixings meaning that there was no support for the mattress. The metal bed frame had movement in it and was probably why the Lathes brackets were broken. I reported this to the provider via Whats App and they replied that would have a look at it. Unfortunately no did and the bed was unusable meaning that I had to sleep on the settee. In my opinion this was not acceptable. Also I forgot to mention that one of the six dinning chairs looked unsafe to sit on as the legs were very insecure.

Nothing - it was really good.

This property is slap bang in the heart of the old town and was a fantastic location for the Festival de San Juan. You have to be prepared to deal with a bit of noise on festival nights but that is what you are there for. Its a big apartment, with good size bedrooms and beds, two showers and fabulous air con. Plenty of space for everyone. We didn't use the kitchen as we were eating out but everything looked OK.

the beds very uncomfortable, the place tired and needs bringing up to date! we had rust inside the water kettle and on the outside of the fridge! stains on the couch , broken air conditioner control panel!no smart tv to watch your own Netflix! for the money you pay it shouldn’t be much to take care of this details ! the place very noisy at night but that’s wasn’t a problem for us as we know that’s what you get being in the Central.
