Location was a bit too far from the pubs etc.

The staff were lovely,especially Carmen the housekeeper.Great views from the wrap around balcony (from 13th floor) although windy. Mum and I felt very safe here. Huge supermarket right next door.

Locks on the door are loud and clunky and light switch and doorbell are next to each other! Twice after beers I went to turn on the light to find the lock and rang the doorbell!

Budget accommodation, short walk to the old town, super market and bar next door.

These apartments are in an ideal location, close to Levante beach, old town and about 15 from new town. Apartment had everything needed for a self catering holiday, full size fridge freezer, washing machine, iron board & iron, oven/hob, microwave plus hairdryer. Great supermarkets next door. The staff are all really nice, this was our 3rd visit, we paid £350 for a 7 day stay over Christmas, great value for money

Lack of basics we left these for next tenent.

Location of apartments is excellent for all areas of Benidorm. Great view across the sea to Benidorm island as well. Flat was nice and clean and staff at door Teresa was a very nice and helpful person. Only gripe is there were no basics in the flat we had to go to supermarket for pan scourers washing up liquid and toilet roll

Arrived 8pm could not get into grounds, gates all locked, luckily cafe next door was open, although owner spoke very little English, with hand signals we had to collect keys from hotel up the road. Not very good when travelling for 12 hours.

Location and cleanliness of apartment. Washing machine was excellent idea.

At the park for 1 day only there was very loud music that lasted for 15 hours non stop which prompted us to leave for a quieter location

Sunbeds were not very comfortable as they had no reclining backrests. Towels were very thin. All the pillows were too thick and hard to sleep on for us. There were a few noisy and inconsiderate guests who stayed up talking and smoking until the early hours (approx 3.30am) with noise and smoke wafting upwards from their balcony.

Excellent location, sea and park view next door to Mercadona and within easy walking distance of Old Town and beaches. Lovely large balcony, very clean kitchen and utensils, utility room with washing machine, lots of hot water. Large fridge freezer. Pleasant pool area with plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Very helpful staff. Safe in room at extra charge. Air conditioning fantastic as it was so hot. TV with British channels.

Lovely apartments, basic but very well equipped, air conditioning and shower both fab, kitchen facilities good and there’s an ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer, towels. Free wifi. Quiet apartment block a short walk into the town centre. Pool was fairly small but deep and there’s a little kids pool too, lots of sun loungers and chairs. We stayed end of august, there is no mad sunbed rush, no music by the pool so nice and quiet. There’s a cafe/bar attached that is run by a Peruvian couple, they don’t speak English but use google translate and are really lovely. The owner of the apartment is English and all the staff were really friendly. There’s a big supermarket right next door, really reasonably priced so you can stock up. Would definitely return.

Everything was OK. We were self catering and it is well equipped fir self catering families.The local supermarket is 1 minute away so you can easily stock up on ices,drinks etc.

Very dated and a 10/15 minute walk from the beach, a slight uphill walk home.

Pleasant property and we were very grateful for the little pool.
