Welcome from the team on reception was so warm and helpful. The apartment was spacious, well decorated and absolutely spotless. Had everything we needed for our stay. We booked a seaview apartment and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Beach was right outside the apartment and it was close to lots of restaurants and just 25min walk to the old town.

The bed was terrible. I knew from the room description that there would be two single beds, side by side. But the hard mattresses, the beds creaked with every movement, and if you weren't careful in your sleep, you fell through the mattresses. I'm not a difficult person, but I think more attention should be paid to the beds.

The location was beautiful, right on the beach ⛱️. The apartment had a wonderful view.Kitchen was equipped with all that you need.

Top location, fantastic apartment with sea view across the bay, and the staff both at reception and in the restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need. It was kept extremely clean and towels were changed daily.

The location is good and has many bars around it. It is not directly in the old town but is an easy 20-minute walk from the centre.

Stayed at the opposite property last year in the best apartment ever; however, this year’s stay was even better. The staff were exceptional. From advice to providing showers for late flights. The gym was superb and the connecting restaurant was superb value for money.

The location is great, the room was great for 2 adults and 2 children. There are also games downstairs for kids which was great and we liked the seaside restaurant and the beach outside.

Nothing really. There was a minor issue with the door's electronic lock running out of battery, but we were already checking out by then and they sorted it out quickly. For people looking to visit the other islands around Ibiza town, it might be a bit out of the way, but for a one-night stay it was perfect, super close to the airport.

We got a free upgrade upon arrival to a room with direct sea view, which was very nice. As we were three friends travelling together, there was a third bed already set up in the living room in addition to the twin beds in the bedroom. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good, the view was incredible (especially for sunrise) and, even though we didn't really use it, the kitchen had all the basics for a longer stay. Reception staff were especially nice and helped us with everything we needed.

The information about public transport was lacking and staff did really know. There was a coffee machine, but unfortunaly no coffee capsules, it would be nice to have at least a couple for first day (we arrived on Sunday and the shops were closed).

Overall the place was nice, quiet, very clean and close to beach (however the beach was cover with a thick layer of rotting algae due to recent storm).
