Apartment was very dated and in need of an upgrade but this was reflected in the price I paid. Water hearer very small and only enough hot water for a short shower.

Location was perfect for me close to restaurants and bars. Was surprised the apartment had a kettle, toaster and a washing up kit that some reviews said were missing.

Very bad internet.In this residence there are also owners of apartments who live there,mostly quite Scandinavians, but there is one owner who terrorizes everybody with loud music

My apartment and bedroom was above the restaurants where was live music and they stopped playing around 0:00-1:00 so after that it was quiet.

Not an issue four winter stay but no air con. Also pool loses the sun early evening. No English language tv, but we were mostly out so big deal.

Fantastic base for a 10 night stay. Apartment and common areas spotless. Staff all super friendly. Next to nightlife and within walking distance of beach. It's budget and delivers. Have no hesitation in going back.

The Wi-Fi was very unreliable. There is no English speaking to channel not even a news channel on a loop. My room was above the busy bars below so at night there was a lot of noise till at least 1.30am, as a result I chose to sleep on the sofa bed rather than in the bedroom which was actually a lot more comfortable.

The apartment was good value for money and the staff were always helpful and polite. The location was okay but would rather be closer to the beach.

A bit noisy from the rowdy restaurants below, on one side, and from the Yumbo on the other. Better insulation on windows would help. The shower was really inadequate with a very small water heater meaning hot water supply runs out very quickly. The shower head just poured water on you rather than sprays it. Most places like this supply wash-up liquid and cloths! It’s disappointing that there is no English-language TV news channel but the good WiFi means it can be received on a tablet or phone.

Basic but unfussy, not a lot of equipment or fixtures but enough for a few days for a solo traveller and very close to the Yumbo, restaurants etc.. Looks rather tired and dated in some ways. Free WiFi is excellent- fast and reliable. The reception staff are all very helpful and pleasant.

Yes there is noise but you have to off-set this with the location. No Kettle in the apartment, to make tea, had to use a filter coffee machine, not ideal. A basic amenity package would have been nice, washing up liquid, cloth etc.

Great Location, Just behind the Yumbo centre and a supermarket almost next door and a nice pool area. Apartment was very clean.

it seems that there's the same problem with 310 and 210 you just can't go to sleep normal hours cus of Norwegian bar down stairs, I should have asked for different room .

You get what you pay, so, I do not want to complain too much , but: I told the receptionist a week before arriving that I needed the internet connection because I had to work, and they assured internet was ok and available the whole day, but it wasn’t .The wifi didn’t work at all and no way to get it connected to my laptop. In general the wifi connection worked very bad with gaps day and night. The warm water used to get cold after 5 minutes. The table on the balcony is probably 20 years old. The neighbours one night were extremely loud until 1 am and even if I told them to make less noise they didn’t care at all. The room has no ventilator and exposing to the sun the whole day is just like a Finnish sauna at night . No hairdryer provided . Anyway: acceptable for 3 days.

Perfect location near the Yumbo center. The bed was very comfortable. Simple room with all the basics that you need. The ladies of the cleaning staff were very polite.

The shower has a very small boiler, ... After not even 2 min the hot water is finished... If its really hot, it's ok. But if you would even like a slightly warm shower, after 2 minutes it's done and very cold. Showering with 2 or more people ,makes this very difficult. The beds at the swimming pool, are very uncomfortable! It hurts, very hard, and no possibility to change the stand of the back part. Which makes lying on your belly side very uncomfortable as well.

- the apartments could be given to guests with shower gel/soap/washing up liquid. - also inform guests on how to operate the hot water by switching it on by a switch in the bathroom that could be easily missed due to its position. My first shower was cold as I didn’t see that until later being hidden by the door and towels - no air con

My apartment was spacious, clean and in a very good location if you are looking to be close to the bars and the fun. The staff at the reception were amazing, really nice, available anytime and very genuinely kind!!

I arrived after reception closed and was sent instructions to use a locked key-safe by the entrance. The instructions were clear but the key-safe was rather fiddly to use and the lighting wasn't good but I got there in the end. It's a 20 minute walk to the beach, which I enjoyed but it may put some people off. There is a kitchenette but cooking facilities are very, very basic. Wifi works fine during the day but bandwidth was very limited during the evening - impossible to watch Netflix on my iPad.

Clean, good size apartment with balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is right next to Yumbo Commercial Centre with bars, shops, restaurants and exotic nightlife. There's a supermarket next door and also the hotel is above some very popular bars and restaurants (El Duque recommended.) I had a couple of problems on arrival but the receptionist sorted them immediately and was very helpful. My flight left late in the day so I was able to arrange a late check-out (cost 35 euros). Free wifi (but see below).
