Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything, the beach in front and easy access to other beaches and places were a plus.
Hotel is perfect for family and friends. Food, room, staff, shows, were amazing. We are really happy with our stay and planning to return as soon as possible with more people.

The room we stayed in the shower was a bit dodgy but that's the only fault I can say the rest was lovely! Would stay again definitely.
The staff were all absolutely amazing. The pools were clean, sun loungers were all in great condition. The food was really tasty and nice variety every day. The entertainment was all great especially the motown!

It would be nice if there was an internal bar, on the upper level somewhere next to the reception and the lovely seating area. Only one bar facing the main pool and a little bit of the lower, less elegant sitting area, did not feel enough
Aesthetic look of the common areas, very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant beside obvious ‘British’ food offered some Spanish food and some healthy choices so it was a good mixture for various dietary needs. The sun beds around the main pool and ‘Micky Mouse’ pool were very comfortable. The maintenance team promptly resolved the problems in our room.

The room was in obvious need of renovating. Cleanliness could have been better, too.
Excellent location: close to the town centre but away enough from the noise; right next to the Cala Ferrera beach. Cala d'Or itself is perfectly located for all places of interest on the east coast. Very nice and varied food; the deserts deserve a special mention as they were amazing!

The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. It was lovely to see how the staff multitasked and that everyone was wearing a smile, despite working long hours. Great shows, delicious food and very good selection of drinks. Animation for both adults and children was very good.

Daily Cockerel crowing at first light may trouble light sleepers.

Staff in hotel is very nice, everyone is trying to make guests feel comfortable. Room is very big and the balcony also (and CLEAN)! I would especially recommend it to families with smaller kids, they will enjoy 100%!

Noisy water pipes all night, sounded like running taps, so no sleep on first night . Reported at 5 am, half fixed next day but clanging remained , got used to it :)

Plenty of pools but as they were small inflatables weren't allowed, large number of sunbeds reserved for the day but not used, main pool was cold.
Proximity to the beach, food was very good and good choice on the buffet with different theme nights, good choice of drinks in the all inclusive selection, issue with shower resolved very quickly by the maintenance team, staff professional and friendly.

Air con wasn’t working for the first two night of stay.

Ants in the room. Poor storage in room. More sunbeds needed. Could have been cleaner around paths, and entrances to apartments. Appeared that more attention was given to the more exclusive areas. Felt very busy and cramped from 9th August, was the hotel too full for the facilities available?
The rule about no towels on sunbeds until 10am. Pool areas and slides Ice cream. Food and drink. Entertainment team and activities. Weather and location Lifeguards always around

The hotel is perfect for families. It is safe and has lots of different activities for the children. I’m a single parent with children at 7 years old and 5 years old. The splash pool is excellent for the children and adults lol.. The staff are excellent and will greet you with a warm smile and do what they can to satisfy your needs. I would totally recommend

We didn't like that the swimming pools open at 10am and the main restaurant only opens at 6:45pm which is late with children
We loved the staff they made the holiday. The pools were lovely, the hotel and room was very clean and spacious. The food was nice too.
