Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We did not like the fact we was making sure swimming pool is open that’s why we book this apartments . Swimming was closed and it was no other option and kids was left disappointed ( for some maybe question it was April ) but for us was no matter as water was ok in swimming pool was just not clean and ready for swimming.
Location absolutely great . Quite for families 100m walk to fantastic bar Zebra amazing stake house . Close to best spot for sunset . Not far from Center 10 mins walk

The hotel is fully renewed, pristine new. The view is beautiful. The terrace is amazing. It is small for 4 people but for 2 it is more than enough.

Probably should have realised that pool would not be open. But it would have been nice if it had have been.

Reception stuf (men) was very unfriendly. For some reason which I don’t know I’m Not allowed to bring the Guy for sex at the apparts I payed. Ibiza is always chosen by the people who interested at clubs, club life new meets etc. If the stuff not ok with that CLOSE YOUR HOTEL THAN

The only down side was the balcony’s were quite small with not much of a view. I’m sure there are better rooms with better balcony’s within the hotel. It wasn’t something we really required as we didn’t have much time in the room

Because this was an emergency situation we were crammed in one room with 6 people so we had to use the sofa's and the bedbank. The bedbank is just not very good to sleep on, but the circumstances just didn't allow for more. Also the reception was overcrowded but with all the cancelled flight that day there was nothing more we could expect.
The reception was very friendly. The English was perfect since the woman behind the desk originally came from Great Britain. She went through great lengths to make us comfortable. Because our flight cancellation we needed to stay in Ibiza for a few more days and our first night here came as a relief since it was difficult enough to get a room when so many flights got canceled. Very friendly!

Apartment was fully equipped for a self catering stay. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. The facilities to leave luggage and use the washroom on our last day was a bonus as we had a late flight. Location was great, very short walk to waterfront and lots of nice beaches nearby. Short walk to bus station and harbour. Taxi rank outside for longer journeys. Lots of cafes nearby and restaurants a short walk. Pool quiet most of the time, with nice bar. Honestly exceeded our expectations, thank you!

The kitchen setup could use some work. The deco of the apartment was a little bit dated. It was pretty noisy some nights but can only be expected considering the area.
The staff were exceptional particularly reception. Cleaners came every other day. The size of the apartment was very good.

During the storm, a lot of water came in the room from the balcony. The beds were quite firm and would have preferred a thicker cover for the beds.
The staff were helpful, good amenities nearby and within the building, nice area and good range of services to accommodate.

The property is a 2 star hotel and it can be seen as that. Our room had a few crack tiles with holes in. Also our sink was slow to drain so wasn't the best.

It didn’t get cleaned everyday the room, had to keep asking for toilet roll.
Wasn’t expecting much as was the cheapest accommodation we could find for our girls holiday but we were pleasantly surprised. And the pool was huge! Not very busy either. Would come back

Where they store your luggage on check in and departure is not locked the majority of the time and people can just walk in and out. If you arrive before Check in and need to get ready they only have a small steamy shower room with steamed up mirrors and people going in and out to shower so you are a hot sweaty mess before you’ve even left the hotel.

Flats are not sound proofed. We got a flat near the elevator on the middle of the corridor and it was very noisy. Also it was noisy from upstairs. So if you are a light sleeper pack your earplugs.
Swimming pool was perfect for our small son. The area is busy full of youmg people and party goers. Good vibes. Parking right at the hotel is tricky since it is almost always full, but there is free parking nearby. The whole staff is very attentive and kind, one feels welcomed. There is a convenience store right in the ground floor with everything needed and is open until midnight.
