The only very small problem was the lift which seems a bit slow to respond,other than that is was great.

Meals, breakfast choice, only plain yogurts, often not much bread, often difficult finding seat for one person. Dinner, poor choice , food not very warm, travelling alone waiters forgot to offer a drink on several nights Bar Having to go to bar to order a drink Cleanliness, one complaint shower gel /shampoo on side of bath when arrived in room not wiped off during stay but rest of room and towels no complaint

Entertainment needed more variation, over 7 nights the same musician appeared 4 times. Line Dancing was very popular and the music quiz was short and sweet. Perhaps things are better in high season. The hotel is also quite noisy in the early hours as they clean the roads/beach but this is common in my experience.

The location is good, near the Old Town and easy to walk everywhere. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was good and plentiful, and all the staff worked extremely hard, particularly the bar staff who at times were very busy.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel position is perfect for shops, beach and places to eat and drink.

Only 2 lifts in hotel and these were very small 3 people would be comfortable (without luggage) but 4 people would be a tight squeeze. Big queue's were made when people were checking in as they had luggage and only 2 people were getting in lift because of luggage and the small size of the lift.

The pool beds were very uncomfortable and somewhat painful to lay on. Pool bar not open although there was a drinks machine there as an alternative. Small amount of mould around the bathroom although the room was very clean.

Location was excellent, looked as if it had recently been repainted. Breakfast was reasonable and the staff very pleasant and efficient. Good bar area with reasonable prices. Room had a big balcony. Pool area excellent sun trap.

Entertainment very boring with line dancing EVERY night. Music very repetitive- same every night but Reuben on piano was a great musician. Afternoon games etc non existent as I showed several times and Animaçion didn't come despite games being shown on board. Needs two people for an animaçion team!!
