Winding stairway without elevator. Fortunately we were on the 2nd floor. Apartment is pretty basic. Leaving a deposit seemed unnecessary.

Location is a 10 close to beach and can walk to many restaurants. Quiet area as no traffic allowed on street. Helpful to have a washer there. Good kitchen plates/utensils/cooking pots.

The perfect Barcelona experience: this apartment was located in one of the nicest streets in Barceloneta, not too busy, just between the cozy cafés and the beach.

The staff seemed very blunt and not very friendly on messages but this could be a language barrier. I got less back on the deposit because of exchange rates and I also had to pay charges on both transactions so I was about £30 down maybe they need to think of a different way. Being on the 5th floor be aware there are lots of stairs to carry your luggage up. They need soft closures on the doors because people in Barcelona appeared to have no awareness or consideration for others. Lastly the key code wouldn't let me back in on the last day after running down to the beach for sunrise. I messaged them and it worked again when I got back from the beach.

Beautiful little studio apartment in an amazing location I was on the top floor (5th) and the view was lovely. There is also a rooftop patio which was beautiful with the stars and the sun. I would definitely return.

5th floor - I knew this when I booked but found it more difficult than I expected. The stairway is very narrow.

Nice bathroom, spacious by Barcelona standards. Has a long narrow balcony with a small glimpse of the sea. Very close to the beach.

The apartment is in a four storey block over road from similar apartments, so there was little sunlight and it felt dark. But it made it cooler on a hot day.

Good size apartment well equipped and quiet I liked being on a city break but within east access of the beach at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

The situation of the apartment in Barceloneta is perfect, a bus station nearby, the beach only a few steps away. Lokal shops, bars and a market nearby.

The shower was tiny. We are both small people but struggled to get past the door and into the shower cubicle.

Electronic lock. You must install application on your phone and then you have to use it to enter the apartment. At last day I missed a walk just because the application does not work on the street level. Separate card will be better choice The second point is a check in procedure. You must prove that you are actually you. It is stupid, because all your history of booking is stored in booking.com

Check in was a bit of trouble. The door codes on the digital key app were only partially correct. Renato responded quite soon to my complaint and within 15-20 minutes we had door codes and could enter. The cooking knives in the kitchen could barely cut anything. I suspect that we senior citizens who actually cook are not their usual clientele.

Good location. Aside from the beach, close to public transport and all services, including groceries, cafés, pharmacies, a fresh foods market and so on. The studio has air conditioning, washer and drying rack. Refrigerator, microwave, two burner electric stove. Small balcony. We stayed for over two weeks, so housekeeping came twice. Efficient snd friendly.

A little bit tight in the bathroom and toilet. View from the window and the balcony on the wall of the opposite house, but it is nothings. A bit expensive, but as everything in Barcelona

Very convenient (!!!) location, close to the beach, promenade, public transport stops, shops and restaurants. The room has everything you need to prepare breakfast. Despite the busy area, it is quite quiet in the evening and the night.
