The location is fantastic being close to everything, however it was noisy well into the night. Breakfast was lovely.

a lot of noise from the street during the night and also from the neighbor's room. We heard our neighbors talking. (Walls are too thin). Earplugs solved it.

Breakfast should start at 7am or 7.30 am and not 8 am which is a bit late for some of us who are joining some local tour and needs to be early for the day trip.

breakfast is good but they should allow it earlier at 7.30 am instead of 8am. Room is average but clean, the shower is really good and bathroom is very very clean. They clean the room daily when requested. location is ideal at La Rambla area and short walk to metro station.

Air conditioning was effective, room was quite stuffy, even with window open.

Hotel was really clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lovely bathroom with a good shower. Clean towels everyday.

Wouldn’t recommend the first floor. Noise from the nightclub/bar kept us up. Also the window didn’t give any light.

The location was great. Close to La Rambla but in a quiet side street. Clean and well presented room. Good breakfast included with selection to suit most people. Interesting lift with a clear section of the floor and lights at the bottom.

Bathroom vent mot working. So. a Plastic bag had been placed over smoke alarm , so steam from bathroom wouldn’t set it off! Not good Health & Safety practice☹️

Again , as mentioned before , noise could be heard from other rooms . My biggest dislike was the breakfast dining area . The whole room needs a re configuration, in my opinion . There was a coffee/ tea / juice station in the narrowest section of the room which resulted in a log jam , added to which the only milk jug was positioned . Why not relocate both machines to a different area of the room lending to more usable space for the kitchen staff . The dining tables need repositioning too . At times , I was virtually squeezing past diners to access seats ( most tables are in rows of 12 seats ) . Well , you did ask for my dislikes !!

As mentioned previously , the location is excellent . Just off La Rambla , making it a quiet option . The staff , especially the reception & cleaners were helpful & polite . The room , 521 was a good size . Breakfast plentiful .

The room view was to the internal part of the building, looking to other rooms. There was renovation of some of the rooms on our floor in the same time of our visit, so we had to cross through very dirty part and materials in order to reach our room.

Great location, in the walking district of Barcelona. Close to most of the main visitor sites. Solid breakfast with early opening time of the breakfast. Clean and comfortable room.

Spaceous room, clean, nice receptionist. Our room was very basic in equipment. Directly in the historical city center with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. A metro stop in the vincinity.

Restaurant is like a school canteen. When we stayed it was full of students who had no manners at all.

A good location, a big shower. Free safe. Would be happy to stay at this hotel again.
