Not very modern inside. Bit of a walk from Peurto Banus and Marbella.

Booked last minute and was a great find. Apartment was spacious with great facilities and a/c. Opposite an Aldi so easy to get food.

The apartment is beginning to be very shabby with lots of things broken such as locks on bathroom doors, basic kitchen utensils missing, shower edges moulding etc. Not worth the money we paid so, on balance, we probably won’t come back unless the price is slashed sadly.

We adore the pool and the beach and the apartment terrace, the daily cleaners and Aldi across the road!

We booked a property located in a residence outside the main complex. This residence is not an apartment hotel but an ordinary residence. The first day was fine, but our last day started with neighbors drilling the wall. Issue 2: pricing for the minibar items and even water, tea, and coffee is super high. Issue 3: dogs feces all over the lawn in the swimming pool area. My son stepped in it. Please clean the lawn.

Very friendly and client-oriented staff. They resolved our issue quickly. The apartment is super spacious and convenient for a family.

We had booked to stay at coral beach Aparthotel Because we particularly liked the facilities and the standard of the apartments and the outside space However we were told that we were being moved to an apartment in another complex ( not coral beach) Which was a little further along due to work being done on the swimming pool area The apartment that we ended up with although a good size was of a much lower standard than the one that we had paid for The pool was disgusting filthy and unusable There was no pool side facilities at all Inc snack bar toilets etc And Every day from 9.30 am- 5.30 pm We had to put up with tradesmen in the apartment below us making a terrible noise Using hammers drills and grinders all day long We certainly did not get the restful holiday that we needed and had paid for

Unfortunately we experienced drilling and banging on some days (3 days)from the apartment above us as well as an occasional bout of a dog barking in the apartment below. Cooker never worked but in saying that when we did point it out a swift response was forthcoming. Also the internet on the TV was poor.

The apartment decor was very dated from the furniture to the curtains, very old style. The pool could have been cleaner, a few floating dead insects. The beach exit was flooding after rain which could have been avoided. For the price of the accommodation, I did not feel we got value for money here.

Reception facilitated a late check in for us as we arrived at 3am. The apartments were very large and spatious. The complex wasn’t busy in May so plenty of Sun loungers to choose from. An Aldi is located right across the road which was convenient for grocery shopping.

The price-quality ratio is out of balance. The total interior of the apartment in the Esmeralda complex was like going back into the ‘80s / ‘90s.

The location - since it was walking distance from Marbella and Puerto Banus.

There were some minor housekeeping issues when we first entered the apartment which I have shared with the team there.

There were a couple of things about this property that we really liked. First of all, the team were great. Communication was easy and fast, and we had a special request that was graciously fulfilled. The location is excellent too… right on the beach, we enjoyed hearing the sound of the sea from our balcony. Puerto Banus is a 15 walk away and there’s a supermarket right across the street as well. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and fitted out nicely… we only stayed 1 night so we didn’t make use of everything but we would have happily stayed there for a week. In terms of facilities, the pool was lovely… it’s a large pool with lots of space for sunbeds. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we were to come back to Marbella.

The Apartament was different than in pictures. The furniture was old. The room was dirty (floor and carpets). Everything looked like a 2 stars hotel and it’s not worth the money. I also felt insecure in the appartament.

As above re smell.. Also the living room furniture is very old and worn and the beds not high quality mattresses. The location is nice - the closest walking location is the port.. there’s a couple of restaurants nearby but they are pricy for just an easy bite to eat so you really need a car. Aldi across the road is very handy.

We stayed for 6 nights and while the penthouse apartment has spectacular views and two levels of terraces.. the inside is dated and needs a revamp. Our biggest issue was the foul smell from the ensuite bathroom.. it was so bad that we couldn’t use it during our stay as if we opened the door the smell permeated around the whole apartment. We complained each day from the day we arrived and after three visits from the technician - nothing improved. On day 3 we asked what our options were - they offered us a move to either of two other properties - a 2 bedroom which makes no sense with 3 teenage children or a 3 bed a good distance away in Marbella without the terraces we had paid for. Both options weren’t available until day 5 which would have meant taking up half a day to move for only 2 nights.. not worth it. So we asked for a monetary solution to the problem and we were offered 10% refund. An insult when paying 1k a night for a property which shouldn’t be rented in its current state.
