We had a Bungalow. It was smaller than the photo's indicated. It was right at the waterline, but the See was not visible from the terrace or room when you sit on a chair due to the fence and bushes in front of it. So, the "premium" in terms of room and view wasn't really premium. I think a standard room would have done it as well. The breakfast was good, not exciting but ok. There is clearly room for improvement on the selection of bread, freshness, and the availability until the end of the breakfast hours. The Coffee also has potential.

The hotel location was nice, private and in a quiet neighborhood without the large tourist hotels or other "event-locations". If you look for a quiet, ok quality Hotel with a nice outside breakfast terrace, this Hotel is a recommendation.

coffee at breakfast could have been better. Also I did expect a small coffee machine in the room . I do like a proper coffee, have I mentioned coffee enough times??

Lovely room, located away from the main building . staff all very friendly. always lovely to sit out on the terrace for lunch or dinner , great spot.

Check in was difficult as we were allocated a room that we hadn't booked and hotel tried to say that we had a sea-view (205) when we clearly didn't unless we went up two steps to a tiny balcony area on the rock. The bar service was exceptionally slow this time and the "buzzer" system to attract the attention of the bar staff is clearly a joke and never worked! As we got to know the team our bar service was better but that shouldn't be the case as this has been put into place for a reason and if it is being ignored then the hotel guest would be better off without it and just order from the bar as we used to do.

The restaurant was excellent as usual but seemed to take a while for us to settle in this time. Relaxation by the outdoor pool as great. Room allocated (Eventually!) was very acceptable (404)

The pool needs to be heated as far too cold and as the sea swimming is not easy due to rocks there needs to be a really good pool to use.

Beach facilities lacking. Not enough loungers, umbrellas. Poorly maintained. Lacking beach food/drinks service and overpriced. Breakfast over the weekend went down hill as if no supplies arrived.

Great Spa! Reasonably priced - 100 Euro for treatment. Excellent view and location. The water at the beach was very clean. Rooms were comfortable and cleaning was thorough.

One person serving in the pool bar at lunch time was ridiculous- too long to wait for a drink or food. Only one umbrella in the pool area should be at least a dozen. Only four tables to eat at in the pool area - not enough should be at least doubled. Where’s a toilet in the pool area crazy that there isn’t one. Pool area very small when large families are there. Too much bird pop everywhere - needs jet washing more often. Rock area below the restaurant never cleaned all the time we were there I.e bed and floor dirty. Poor waiter service again in this area. Restaurant menu very limited when staying for 2 weeks. Lastly a lot more could be done in the closed season like improving some of the landscaping and painting some of the outside - the hotel is looking very tired in places and is in need of renovation

It was irritating having to book every meal, except breakfast in advance. I think there are probably better ways on encouraging people to move around the hotel on foot. But this problem comes about because the hotel runs alongside the coast. So people walking through the eating area is inevitable. I also think the water bottles were too small in volume. When it's hot you want a full 2lt bottle in your room, not lots of small ones.

The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. They reception team were helpful. The food was lovely and the view from the restaurant was beautiful, you can see why the venue is popular to outside guests. The gardens were charming and well cared for. The overall feel of the place is warm and pleasing.

We missed the sun loungers by the sea. Feel like the pool area could be re sped and more tables at the poolside cafe
