The location was perfect and very central. While no employees are at a desk or in the building, it felt and was very safe and clean. In addition, they were very responsive via WhatsApp. Luggage lockers are available to use if you arrive early or stay past check out. Would definitely stay here again.

I was surprised that there was no kitchen, also no communal kitchen. There are some cups in the reception area, and a water cooker, some cutlery would've been nice, then you can at least boil instant ramen and eat it with a fork.

Plug and play concept, all self check-in and check-out, very easy. The location is PERFECT if you need a place close to the central bus terminal (I needed to catch an early bus to the airport).

The price was quite steep for what you get (self check-in, small room), especially considering it’s low season). A big drawback was that there was no channels with English/ American speaking programs; except for 2 news channels. They were otherwise German… so unfortunate when most people don’t speak German. Only a few Spanish channels as well, that I found very weird.

The perfect location to explore Palma. The room was beautiful with original ceiling and decor. The bed was comfortable and we overall enjoyed our stay.

Access to the hotel is not easy. Because the street is narrow I had difficulty getting a taxi to pick me up when I left. Access to the rooms is via a narrow staircase and it's difficult to navigate with heavy luggage. At times noisy. No-one is on site in case of queries etc. All is done remotely and it's very efficient but no-one at the hotel.

The housekeeper, Patricia is wonderful. She was friendly and helpful and the only person I saw during my stay. Very good location, close to the old town, shops, restaurants etc. Nice, clean room.

I didn’t like the noise at night from the other room and nothing could be done about that. The shower door needs to be fixed, difficult to slide. I couldn’t get a taxi and there’s no help. Some coffee and tea might be nice.

Check-in instructions were sent via MMS using mobile data; some of the pictures showing the hotel entrance were outdated, showing signs on the building wall that no longer exist. Also, there were ants in the bathroom (I think I even spotted the gap from where they come, so the owners should take a closer look at the rooms and hopefully they could solve this :D)

In real life, the apartment looks smaller than in the photos, but for few days it is okay. The shower cabin is fully transparent (glass). This may be a problem depending on your situation.

The only thing was that in the shower it could be labelled what is shampoo or soap and also some conditioner would be nice but that’s not such a big deal, overall the place is super great!

Great room, we even had our own little access to a rooftop terrace, location is also absolutely perfect and close to a lot of nice cafes, bars etc. so you can walk everywhere. Also amazing airconditioning even though it was 40 degrees outside! Check in also super easy. All in all 1000% recommended!!

The hotel is located in central Palma, but just far away enough from the busy touristy streets and attractions if you like it quiet, but still like to be able to reach all the sights within a few minutes of walking. There was no staff around for the check-in, but I received the necessary information ahead of time and with great detail, so checking in alone was no problem at all.

No elevator. We were on the top floor so it was difficult with luggage. However, we knew that when we booked so we were prepared for it. If you have large suitcases i’d recommend requesting a lower level room. Room was quite dark because the lights are dim and although there’s a balcony it overlooks another building so you can’t have the curtains open all the time for privacy reasons.

Self check in was easy. Really easy to enter building/room with your personalised pin. Central location. Comfortable bed. Additional pillows and blanket in cupboard. Bed made and sheets changed daily. Ability to store luggage before/after check in/out. Host was very responsive and kind. Room is per the reviews - nothing special but you get what you pay for.

I was not too comfortable at first with the idea of no reception and no facilities for waiting to get into the room of for freshening up before departing. Contact with management however was not a problem and response was rapid.

The location was very good, in the heart of the 'casco antiguo' It was very clean and one could come and go as one pleased.. as appreciated was the luggage storage locker..
