NorwayIt shouldnt be allowed for guests to put their towels on the sunbeds while they are eating. Because in that way all the beds often was occupied without being used. The elevators need service. A little refridgerator inn the room would have been nice.
Excellent food and very nice personal and service!! All different types of tapas was fabolus! A very good place for vacation!! :)

United KingdomThe cost of parking is abusive, in my opinion. There was no kettle in the room and no fridge. However, we asked for one of each they were provided, albeit under payment of a deposit ( which was returned at the end of stay).
The location and facilities are fantastic. The pool and sea combo with snorkelling options as well as long sand beach nearby is just fantastic. The town is amazing, too. The staff are endlessly helpful. I would come back, for sure!the staff at the bar were great and the food, very good, too. Lovely memories created.

United Arab EmiratesOn the flip side, it's important to note a couple of drawbacks. The hotel lacked provided towels for the pool and beach, necessitating an additional rental fee. Moreover, the need to rent beach chairs and the requirement to rent safes were additional expenses that impacted the overall convenience and cost of the stay.
Being a four-star hotel, the Htop Caleta Palace is certainly impressed with its spacious rooms, captivating scenic views, and delightful range of dining options.

FranceI felt the parking was a little over priced.
The hotel is in an excellent location overlooking a small very pretty cove surrounded by pines. It had very attractive gardens and swimming pool leading down onto the beach. The restaurant overlooks the sea and you could eat out on the terrace. The room was bright and airy. There was plenty of parking in secure grounds. From the front of the hotel it was a very short stroll to the main shopping street where there were lots of restaurants .

United KingdomThe food in the morning was not very good. The food quality in general was poor. Apart from a few great dishes such as the paella, rice dishes and fish, the general variety of food and quality was poor. Also, although the hotel views and outside amenities were beyond amazing, the amenities inside the hotel were not up to standard and did not deserve the 4 stars. We were expecting to have all inclusive drinks as we paid for all inclusive food and drinks but we were only given basic low cost cocktails. If we wanted Mojito and Pinacolada, we had to pay extra which was a huge shame! We were given all Inclusive premium but in order to get a large bottle of water (we only got small ones) and to get normal cocktails (we only had basic gin/vodka coke/lemonade) you had to pay and extra 22 euros a day. They call this all Inclusive gold. This was a bit disappointing.
Fantastic room views and we had room 346 which was a fantastic and beautiful room. Best room in the hotel! I would definitely come again!

Germanytoo many children, if you are searching for a quiet place you probably won’t enjoy this place! we were there in high season time, probably won’t be so overcrowded in the usual times. a bit hectic during the breakfast/lunch/dinner time.
the location is just great! the staff are just lovely and super friendly! the view is amazing and the very beautiful Cala del pi beaches are walking distance away from the hotel!
