Can not remember anything that I did not like.

Location, friendliness of the staff, room and the view. Breakfast, just perfect, good variety to choose from (fresh fruits, eggs, iberico ham, Joghurt (assume hand made), orange juice, coffee,…. Bus stop and renta a bike in front of the hotel. Reception is open 24/7 so you can check in/out at any time. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Cosy atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel with great reception from the staff particularly Jesus who was very polite and helpful. The furnishings are very interesting and well thought out. The breakfast is presented very professionally and is excellent! There is a roof terrace with loungers looking out to the sea. The room was a single room and well appointed with a powerful shower. Just opposite are several local cafes and restaurants and no more than 100m from the promenade and beach.

We couldn't fault anything. However note this hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users as it has steps to the front and the lift is extremely small.

The hotel was ideally located within 4 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and promenade and only 15-20minute walk to the town centre. Our room 308 was quite small but it was adequate for just the two of us. The hotel has a pretty impressive roof terrace with lovely sunshade. Breakfast was really good and can be eaten inside or outside on the front terrace. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing comes to mind. It was a great place.

Very welcoming staff. The room was basic but clean. The washroom was average size - shower only. The TV was pretty small and the decor was mostly antic and nice.

It was very difficult to use WC in the single room bathroom. Not enough space. Please see the photo to understand why. The hotel was pricey compared to similar category hotels. Probably because it was Eastern.

Perfect location to see the Port and historic city center. Very close to the beach. Restaurants & Supermarkets close-by. However no direct metro/train from airport to the hotel. Hotel is briliantly renovated recently and spotless. Lobby is cozy. Small Terrace at the roof is also good for sun-bath. All Staff (especially Jesus) is very kind and helpfull. Thank you.

We arrived at the hotel just after midday and the room was available. Check-in was quick and easy Room was very comfortable, quiet - having a kettle for tea/coffee is a bonus Staff/management were very helpful and friendly throughout Breakfast was incredible and value for money, we didn't need to eat anything else until evening time the hotel is is a great location, on bus routes, 10 to 15 walk into the old centre and port areas and about 6 metres from the beach road

Some drawers in the room would have been handy and and we ,missed having an English news channel on the TV but neither of these small things spoiled our very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is of a lovely traditional style. Breakfast was excellent and served to our table. Our room was large and comfortable with a kettle and tea and coffee supplied. The hotel is situated in an excellent position for walking either into the centre of Malaga or towards El Palo.

There was only seating for 6 people on the roof terrace. Please urgently replace the sun loungers - they are ALL broken!

We weren't really sure what to expect for breakfast on the first morning as they bring it to your table, but after we got used to the idea of it not being a buffet breakfast we were quite happy with the good selection on offer. Our room seemed a little on the small side but this wasn't an issue as we had fair weather and made good use of the rooftop terrace which has views of the sea. 10 out of 10 for customer services; all of the staff are friendly and very helpful.

We only had one day/night and it was pretty much pefect. better pillows would be appreciated and taxi was late (not their fault, he called them twice), just please replace the broken chairs on the rooftop, its not professional
