Breakfast was simple. Bottled fruit juice, 2 x toasts per person, jelly & butter. No eggs, sausages or fresh fruit. Hot beverages were available. We had a capuccino.

Staff friendliness. Very clean facilities. Excellent location. In the city center. Very good for short stays. Located in the heart of the city, keep in mind the noise of traffic. We did not mind it.

There is nothing I can pinpoint specifically. My only concern was lack of heating in the room. It was occasionally chilly at night.

I like the location of this hotel. It is convenient for buses, shops, bars, cafes, access to the Paseo and Harbour. For a lone female traveller I felt safe in this environment. Also the staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and kind.

Room was very small and compact, No Tea/Coffee making facilities,Bath was very small and Not suitable for an adult,Wi-Fi very poor in room, Tv had no English channels, No Hairdryer in room Breakfast was poor for a charge of €5 per person

There was no proper WIFI in my room.

I liked the location, only a short walk from the bus station and a big supermarket. But you had to walk a bit to and from the beach promenade, but it was ok, lots of shops and people on the way. I was happy to have a fridge in my room and balconies with a street view and table and chairs. I was given a room that I requested and I thank for that. The hotel was small and cozy, right in the middle of town. The owners were nice.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. That's not the hotel's fault per say. Hard to enforce these things. Pretty minimal facilities, but I wouldn't have expected more for the price.

Nice staff. Accommodating. They let us store our bikes somewhere safe. The place is staffed 24/7 so if you have any issues, there is someone there to help resolve it. Working elevators.

Perfect location for airport bus in the morning. Just 5 mins. walk to bus station. Secure, safe and very clean with friendly staff. This was second time we have stayed here on route to airport and will stay again. If you are going out you leave key at reception. This is very sensible as then no keys are misplaced out of the premises and makes for enhanced security. Front door is also locked so entry is controlled by 24hr reception.
