Room was a little on the snug side for 2 adults and two teens although our kids are taller than average and more adult size! Would have preferred the larger suite next door which is the one with the sofa in the photos but not enough to ask to swap to it as our room was fine for what we needed. Was very warm in our room (April) and remote for ceiling fan could not be found. Staff did assist us with getting the air-conditioning to work but had to use the override button if it timed out. No fridge in room....was initially worried about this but not really an issue as shop at the end of the street for cold drinks and was only a base. That being said, am sure a small fridge would be useful.

Great location for a short break in Barcelona. Room extremely clean and tidy and staff really friendly and helpful. Local area has some great places to eat. Within 10-15 minutes taxi drive to all the major attractions, taxi's were easy to find and reasonably priced. Room itself was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a lovely bathroom. Sheets and Towels were changed daily if required. Some great local bakeries/patisseries nearby for breakfast. Plus a Supermarket really close by for snacks and drinks etc. Lovely Terrace to sit and chill for a while. Brilliant Tapas restaurant at the end of the street (La Pepita). Needed to use lockers on final day due to late departure flight....easy to access and fitted all of our luggage, even large cases.

As other reviews have said the aircon really doesn’t seem to work at all. The fan did a pretty good job but the upper story of our room got really hot at times. You can open the window which helps but sometimes it was very noisy.

Very clean, comfortable and well designed to optimise the space. Good bathroom, comfy beds. Cleaners came and gave us fresh towels and refreshed the room every day. Friendly staff and great location.

It was like a cozy bunker. The room was very small. It fitted the bed and basically that's it. There was no room to put the suitcase on and have it open. There was a window but there was absolutely no daylight coming from there.

We stayed for 3 days but no one cleaned our room even though we left the room before 9 am. It was too quiet and the fact that we enter a password to wnter the property without staff around was not very welcoming.

The apartment was nice with facilities but the cleaners wouldn't clean properly. There was also no hot water one day but this did get fixed. There is normally no staff at the premises.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Great location, so many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The color palette is very pleasing. Everthing was neat and tidy.

I had specifically requested a room with a double bed and balcony; we got neither (although they had confirmed that I had a room with a balcony when I’d contacted them after booking). The room was very dark with windows high up so we couldn’t see what the weather was like. The room was supposedly their ‘best room’ but was on the ground floor, next to the reception, so was very loud when people were coming and going. I know Barcelona is expensive but I didn’t feel like this hotel was great value for money.

The staff were very nice and friendly and I’d been in touch with them before the trip and they’d tried help me as much as possible. The location was also fairly good and we walked to most places from the hotel.

It was fairly hot during the days we visited and the AC did not work even though "it was on". No one could sleep because it was so hot, worse for my kids on the 2nd floor. We asked in the front desk and they said to give it some time to cool, never happened

The room needs a bit of renovation and modernization. There was a moldy smell and some noise from other guests and staff moving around during the night and morning. The safe in the room did not work.

The staff was friendly and they let us check in before 3 pm. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great — close to public transportation, walking distance from Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, and many restaurants and coffee places.

The shower flooded the bathroom when used, we reported this but no action was taken. The room was much smaller than shown in the property description making it difficult for two people to use as there was no where to put two suit cases other than on the bed. Our room was on the ground floor which meant there was also some noise from the street and from other guests moving around during the night.

The location of the property was excellent. The staff were friendly, the room clean, the bed comfortable and the local cafes, restaurants etc were all excellent.

Very small quarters (bed and bathroom) but welll-designed: reading lights, shelves for luggage, coffee maker and hot water carafe, even shampoo and a hair dryer. Located in delightful area. Brewery and highly recommendable restaurant La Pepita next door.

I didn’t like that we had to wait 30 min outside to go in and after the lady was really rude and sly to us for no reason. And a lot of emails were send and it would have been better if it was just one email.

I liked the location of the property and everything was very close like the sagrada familia and the room was comfy and clean.

The room is very small, which is okay and basically more room would mean more comfort. The issue was that it smelled like mold, since it is like ground floor there is no view and light. U literally dont know what is the weather outside, the view was into internal yard surrounded by high walls/buildings. The equipment looks new, probably is after some reconstruction or so, but bathroom it self was not very clean - there was a muld in shower and for water was very hard to flow away in both, shower and sink/wash-basin. Bed was not comfortable for me and neither to my wife, and im not very demanding person. Both suffered with back hearts after 2nights sleeping there.

The location was good. Close to city, good public transportation to all directions and as well the surroundings in terms of bars/restaurants was good. The accomodation has limited reception, but u can enter it through code system to building or room. Good was also that there are lockers for the luggage, so u can explore the city without luggage's even before check in or after check out.

Suite not the same as on the photos, suites are much smaller, beds not comfortable, bathroom not as clean as it should be, not a lot of sunlight, noisy neighbours in the evening and in the night time. Dissapointment.

We found the room comfortable for a couple, but worth noting it was on the smaller side. There was some noise (just from people moving around upstairs), but not enough to be an issue for us.

We loved our stay here in such a beautiful area of Barcelona! So close to public transport as well as bakeries and bars. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helped with any queries or issues we had. We were able to store our luggage securely at the property before check in and after check out which was also a big plus. Thank you!
