The hotel is perfectly situated in the historical city center, beautiful ancient building. The staff is extremely friendly and competent. Special thanks to the lady at the reception who helped us to obtain last minute tickets for the Alhambra.

We couldn't stay longer. Sign on door could be more prominent, we went past it and another couple was lost when we were leaving. Typical firm Spanish mattress. Nitpicking, it's almost perfect.

Amazing staff. Really helpful, Very friendly and helped my husband with a problem with our flamenco show reservation. Good breakfast, great location with easy parking instructions. Loved the coat rack in the room.

Excellent location, close to all interesting sites. Wonderful historical building, room with beautiful wooden ceiling, two balcony windows with view on narrow pedastrian street. Good breakfast in a charming breakfast room. Very friendly staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is amazing, inside the Albaicin and within walking distance of the Alhambra. The hotel itself was lovely, old-style, very clean - we could not have asked for more!

The room was small. But this is to be expected in this type of property. I think there were larger rooms available. It was perfect for our two night stay.

The hotel is boutique in very old quarter of City. Amazing location for short visit.

We liked everything about this property! It had a very welcoming environment, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We were a little sad to leave, because it was so comfortable to linger in the public spaces. The breakfasts were delicious and the location could not have been better. I give this the highest of recommendations.

The air conditioning unit didn't work perfectly, the wardrobe didn't close quite properly and the bed was very sqeaky, but otherwise it was all great.

The location was excellent. The decor was traditional and beautiful. The staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel room was wonderfully warm, which was fantastic as the weather was poor.

Wonderful stay! Had a bit of a hike to arrive (the fault of google maps, not the hotel! And found a much more convenient bus when departing!), but so lovely! Great location to access the old city, tons of shops, restaurants, and sights to see in walking distance. The Alhambra is a 15-20 minute walk, and San Nicolas viewpoint also 15 minutes away. The hotel is so beautiful, feels like stepping back in time (in a very pleasant, clean way). The front desk staff (Adrian in particular) were excellent, providing great advice about where to go and what to see. The breakfast is very reasonably priced and is excellent (and Maria who looks after the breakfast is wonderful and efficient, and makes an excellent tortilla!). The room was compact but comfortable, nice beds, good water pressure in the shower. Overall, I would recommend this lovely hotel.
