the room i stayed in didn’t have black out blinds. i was a bit too bright in the morning to sleep in.

amazing hill top farmhouse with breath taking view of Menorca. i think the view was quite unique. it also has a working farm attach to it, and the possibility to interact with the animals and to sample/buy locally made cheese are just cherry on on top. good size pool with a view. most rooms with private terrace.

The breakfast is amazing. You get to eat perfectly prepared food, created on site from the farm by the people who manage the site and kitchens. Sitting on the terrace, you can watch booted eagles and red kites riding the thermal waves and tortoise tootling down the drive. The rooms are beautiful, well maintained and peaceful. The team are super friendly, but respectful of your space. We plan to return

Absolutely beautiful, working farm property - clean, spacious rooms, very quiet, with stunning 360 views of Menorca and breathtaking sunsets! Staff were so lovely, super helpful and very patient with our minimal Spanish! Great breakfast with many options. Able to walk around the property to a lookout area, visiting the farm animals on the way!

-wifi is not great, but we were there on vacation, so not very important. We could stream music on spotify with few issues, but if you need to do any work or have video meetings, it may be problematic. Just don't bother with work stuff! -I wish the pool was heated (perhaps with some type of solar heating?), but it was still warm enough for us to swim in mid-October... just barely. If the pool was heated we would definitely return during colder months!!! I would LOVE to relax there in a warm pool with cool air and stunning views all around us.

We definitely recommend this gem of an agroturismo and would absolutely stay here again. Stunning panoramic views from almost every vantage point, super quiet and relaxing atmosphere (no kids! yay!), very professional and friendly staff, exceptional and tastefully appointed room and facilities with modern comfort but in the traditional Menorca style, and they have delicious food as well. The daily breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of things, both sweet & savory, always including the cheeses made on the property, and the option of eggs cooked to order. We had dinner on site one night and it was great, including fresh vegetables from the onsite garden. A special highlight for us was visiting the cheesemaking facility and talking with the 2 brothers who operate the dairy and the creamery. We bought a lot of cheese to take home and they vacuum-sealed it for us to take on the plane. The pool area is absolutely fantastic with stunning panoramic views of Menorca, the Mediterranean and overlooking the cows that produce the milk for the Mahon cheese they make. The photos of the rooms and the surroundings that you see on their website are exactly how it looks in real life - actually it's much better in real life! This is one of the best places we've ever stayed at, anywhere in the world.

Very friendly and helpful staff ! We had 4 diners at the restaurant and all 4 were excellent. Very good kitchen ! Also lot of possibilities for breakfast. Son Vives is very good located since it is more or less in the center of Menorca. All locations reachable in 15-30 minutes drive.

Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. All the staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. A really quiet rural location but the whole island is easily accessible. Evening meals are provided if required and are very reasonably priced.Yhe pool is a great asset after a long day.

Overall, the location is great. Beautiful surroundings, and for us it had an outstanding breakfast with local products.

Everything. Not for people who want to party. Very beautiful and quiet, very nice staff, especially Michele. You can visit the farm and the animals with Tomen, very interesting. The food is great. I loved my stay there and I'll come back as soon as I can
