We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast was expensive and if you are a meat eater it is fine. I am vegan and there was oat milk and soy yoghurt but I was limited to cereal, fruit and toast. I should say my daughter who is not vegan thoroughly enjoyed her breakfast.
Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Fantastic location and the view from the room was amazing.

AustraliaOur bathroom had a plumbing issue with clean water leaking from the inlet at the rear of the toilet so the floor was often wet. The shower over the bath only had a short curtain to try, unsuccessfully, to keep the spray off the floor. The TV system required us to use our own phones if we wanted to watch anything other than Spanish TV, so no English language channels.
Our room had two comfortable chairs, which is one more than the usual; it had an excellent front location looking up towards Mont Juic parc. The breakfasts were very good.

United Arab EmiratesIt was a shame that the rooms that have been renovated and updated don't have baths, shower only. Pool wasn't heated so it was so so cold for me! The towel I'd used on the floor and dropped into the bath was hung back up again, instead of being replaced, like the card said it should have been. Tea and coffee and mini bar wasn't refilled each day.
Amazing central location for visiting Barcelona for a weekend, the best transport links and beautiful walking options immediately outside. Hotel is nicely decorated and bar was good. Staff met every need I requested and we're friendly. As a female solo traveller I felt completely safe and comfortable. Hotel mostly clean and beds gave me a great night's sleep. I viewed a room on the 5th floor with a shower that had been modernised and it was good but I selected an unrenovated room with a bath instead, view into the courtyard wasn't good but didn't matter to me anyway. Pool is beautiful with great views and gym is decently equipped. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family without doubts and stay there again if I was in Barcelona.

FinlandThe air conditioning of our room at first doesn't get cold instantly so we opened a little our windows, but the next day it worked fine already. The price of the hotel was quite expensive, thinking when we arrived they will offer free breakfast to us since based on the previous comments that i read some of them were offered free breakfast. The food for the breakfast buffet is also good even for the price of it, it is not that expensive. The location of our room window doesn't have any view, we were hoping to see some of the view outside the hotel but instead just a blank view. We were also expecting that the swimming pool was open during our stay since it has a really nice view to the city but it was not open during our stay. Sad to say. Some of the staff are not very friendly, I recommend them to smile and be hospitable always since they are working on a hotel. I understand that sometimes there are rude people but it does not mean that their way of treating all the customer should change. just saying.
The location of the hotel was perfect since the metro station is right in front of the hotel. There is also a bus that goes directly to the airport T1 and T2 which is very easy because it is just few meters near the hotel. The cleaning service of the hotel assigned to our room is very hardworking, she cleans our room everyday and change all the towels.

SlovakiaThe location of hotel is great - underground station and bus stop from the airport is just in front of the hotel. Our room was big enough and clean. The view from the terrace is stunning! It must be great during the summer (pool, bar). I appreciated very soft towels. Breakfast was exceptional and worth of the price. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Linda at the reception. I would definitely come back again.

PeruRooms had many issues. The drain in my shower took a long time to drain. The keys don’t work properly. And be warned: the air conditioning doesn’t work in seasons other than summer. We had warm days in February (winter) and when I asked reception if the AC could be turned on in my room they told me it was impossible during the season.
