We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA toilet brush would be a nice addition in the bathroom. Also, a better coffee machine or a kettle would be good. We had to keep asking for coffee Pods and ended up buying our own.
The location is great, few minutes walk from La Rambla and there are some nice shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Room simple, but clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast sufficient for 3 nights stay. Luggage room available before check-in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location - close to old town, metro station, and La Rambla. Little bit noisy during the weekend, but we were aware of that. Windows should be closed at night :)

Nice location. Central and safe. very nice staff. We dealt with Carlos mainly and he was extremely helpful. He answered all our questions patiently and gave us great recommendations. Hotel is clean. Room is good not small not big.

RomaniaWe stayed in a double room where the bed consisted of two single-person mattresses. Unfortunately, they tended to slip apart easily during the night, which was a bit inconvenient. Nonetheless, the quality of the mattresses was good.
The hotel has an excellent location, just a 4-minute walk from Las Ramblas and Catalunya Square, offering convenient access to key city attractions via bus or metro. Carlos, the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly and offered valuable recommendations for sightseeing throughout our stay.

TaiwanThe rooms looked a bit old and the elevators are tiny. The entrance is small and you need to rely on the staff to get transport. The cost was relatively high for the level of the room.
The location is quite central and there are several tourist places around. I liked the proximity of the Irish pub Shamrock and the chance to get a hair cut during the delay caused by Vueling Airlines. The rooftop is great with a fantastic view over the roofs of Barcelona.

We wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience we recently had during our stay at Ciutat Vella. From the moment we arrived, Carlos demonstrated a warm and welcoming attitude. The check-in process was seamless. He guided us through the map and gave a full description where to go for tour and told us several famous tourist attraction places, good restaurants near the hotel and explained hop-on hop bus tour lines in details. Thank you for the housekeeping girl who’s assigned to 2nd floor as she was helpful and swabbed our towel as we asked her. However the lady -housekeeping supervisor was rude as we our room was clean and we did not wanted to be cleaned. So my friend asked the supervisor bedsheet and she refused and said the room has to be clean. There was no variety options at all for breakfast , it was boring and almost same for every day. On our last day , Lisania guided us to a convenient & affordable Aerobus option direct to airport from Plaça Catalunya which was walking distances from the hotel. Finally, I must commend Carlos, Ferran and Lisania for their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to meet our needs.

It was very centrally located! It made it easy to go and see everything. The staff was great about telling us where the metro was and what stops to get off. Loved the outdoor patio that was just ours.
