The bathroom’s door in the room is made by glass and it’s a no for me because we can hear and see what’s happening inside.

Even although it was out of season. It was too rowdy during, people partying all night, getting wakened every hour

Only issues we had with this hotel was we couldn’t get the shower working and the maintenance wasn’t available, however we just had a bath so not much of an issue.

The staff here are EXCEPTIONAL!! on day one of our stay my friend had had a bit too much to drink and the staff were so caring, they ensured she’d had enough to eat and drank enough water, even stood by the toilets to help if she needed to be sick. Asked how we were continually and were so so friendly. There’s a little supermarket onsite too which had a bank machine however broken during our stay. Good for necessities tho! The room itself we stayed in was a rocks basic, and for two of us it was great. Little kitchenette in the room, decent bathroom with shower and bath (shower was broken) and 3 single beds with plenty of room. Check out was 11am and as our flight wasn’t until 8pm, there was a luggage room onsite which has cctv so you can still go and enjoy your last day without carrying. Ur things. Overall so happy. Blankets kind of felt like towels, and there were only 2 extra fluffier blankets in the closet for a room with three beds. Bed was comfortable enough but I would have liked more.

Was close to the beach and nice restaurants.

The only pool that was open was the chill out pool i think we should have at least had a day where we could have had access to the other pool.

Breakfast was ideal i liked the buffet idea and the supermarket on sight was great 👍

It was lovely very quiet when i was there so not much happening but I'm sure in summer months the Ibiza Rocks Hotel is definitely place to be.

Found that bathtubs would back up with the water if we ran the sink, plumbing obviously a problem in some rooms

I've seen other reviews saying the rooms are a bit dated and they probably are. But we didn't stay here to look at the 4 walls in the room so no complaints from us. Bear in mind the chill out pool area can get a bit noisy from 8 am and the music starts at 10 am exactly 😆 we gathered all that from previous reviews so we knew what it would be like but maybe noon would be better to start playing the music 🤔

Stayed in early to mid October, so it wasn't as busy as earlier in the season. Chill out pool was great as it wasn't too busy most of the time. Food in the pool bar was fine and seemed good value for money but only ate there twice. Chill out pool room was fine for us.

Staff were not friendly at all, I felt like they paid for our room not us :)) . Our room was on the mezzanine very close to the pool and they were closing the entrance so we had to go all around to enter in our room because we weren t allowed from the pool area which doesn t make any sense. The beds weren t comfy at all . In 4 days they cleaned the room once and from cleaning I mean only making the beds not properly cleaning. At 11am they started to do sound checks but the party started only at 4 pm so we couldn t rest at all. Rooms are not soundproof. We extented our vacay with 1 more day so we wanted to book an extra night which we informed them from the moment we checked in and they told us that is impossible because is minimum 2 night which doesn t make any sense because we already paid for 4 nights so was very inconvinient to move somewhere else after 4 nights.

The room we got, I booked rock plus room to get a view of the pool party, but the room was right in the corner of the block. It was hard to see anything and it was not worth the money. It shouldn't be rock plus room.

The layout this year compared to previous. Made us have to walk for a long time to get to the pool party due to a VIP section. Was not ideal
