Close to perfect; maybe lacking some character

The hotel had everything we needed; including kettle with coffee and tea, fridge, comfy beds, nice shower, common room with luggage lockers; couldn't fault it. And location: the Roman procession to collect the bread on good Friday came right past our window!

The hotel is located in the city centre right next to Plaça Catalunya and the start of the old town. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the best part was the water pressure in the shower which was very strong unlike most hotels.

Excellent location near shops and old town less than ten minute walk. Very clean. Lovely touch having a coffee area on the first floor. Great facility to leave bags in lockers free of charge.

The size of the room can be a bit claustrophobic for a couple but is absolutely fine for a single person.

A very smart design and use of very restricted space to provide almost everything that a business customer or even a tourist traveller looks for in a room. They have a small room packed with everything - a good quality and comfortable bed, decent washroom with a very good shower, a small work table and space to store small baggage. Very good value for a single traveller for sure.

The covering on the floor,it felt sticky.. Nothing else as you get what you pay for.

The location all walkable to historic town and train/ bus station. Good value basic and clean and a quite area.many great shops close by.

We realised on utilising the lockers on the first floor that they actually provide self serve coffees and croissants but we’d not been told about this, would have been good to know.

Lovely rooms, small but everything we needed and modern. Fantastic location, near the train station but within 5mins walk of the old town. A great base to explore the city.

Strong perfume odor in the lobby.

The bed was super comfortable, clean room small but with everything you need. The window was over a busy road, but we didn´t hear any loud noise.

We liked everything.

The hotel is clean and it’s approx 15min walking distance from the old town. The room was fine, it was quiet and they have lockers to leave your luggage there if needed after you checked out.

They have someone at the reception only from 2-10 pm so we arrived around 2 pm. The person was late and there was already a queue of people waiting for check-in. The reception is very tiny and one of the only things on the counter was a machine for checking in and out but it was not working. Inserting my booking number or scanning my passport didn't work and the rooms have no key so I didn't get why it was even there. They could give more info during check-in or leave info in the room as I only found the breakfast space and the lockers on the last day. I found hair on the floor and in the shower. The floor feels like plastic which seems good to clean but it has texture so it didn't feel very comfortable to walk barefoot. It made me question the cleanliness of it. 😣

The location was great, very close to the train station and the city center. I liked that they didn't have keys. They gave us a code to open the front door and the room door. You can just leave the door open when leaving, there was no checkout. The shower was good and I liked the warnings about saving it as the city struggles with drought. They have free lockers for luggage. Toiletries seem to be good quality. They smell amazing and felt very good on my skin ☺️
