We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaPoor locking system for the Suite room. Only one key which had to be used to unlock the door leading into the suite and then used to relock the door once inside. If not locked the door would stay slightly ajar so it needed to be locked at all times. One morning while my traveling partner slept in I hoped to step out for a bit but it would mean that I would have to lock the door when I exited leaving my friend locked in the room until I returned. Of course she could have called the front desk but she may have also panicked when she realized she couldn’t out of the room. An additional key, not just one would resolve the issue. Why was it so difficult for the hotel to understand? Other hotels always provide 2 keys when there is more than one traveler booked. The addition of bathroom toiletries would also be a nice touch. Only one nearly empty bottle of an all purpose body soap and shampoo was provided.

United States of AmericaA 24 hour buffet is offered, free beer and wine. The buffet is a nice idea it leaves a bit to be desired. The hot food offered in the morning is on a hot plate, so often warm to cold. The area to dispose your plates has small bugs flying around due to the dirty dishes. They would be better off with a small dishwasher that the guest could deposit dirty dishes into.
Location was wonderful, beds very comfortable, staff attentive and friendly. Lounge area was perfect for relaxing, taxi stand right outside the hotel. Elevator worked out well for us.

FranceRoom 124 should not be let out. It was less than half a meter from reception. Conversation, phone calls... etc till very late at night and very early in the morning meant that our three nights were disturbed. We stayed here before, in another room and it was great. this is why we came back. Next time I book I will insist that they do not give me room 124, otherwise it is another hotel for me.
The staff were polite. Rodger, a young member of staff was so helpful and kind, as were the rest of the staff. The location of the hotel is exceptional. You could park your car at the hotel, expensive but convenient. Plenty of car parks only a few meters away. I would recommend this hotel but avoid room 124!
