We liked everything!

In a beautiful building at a great neighborhood. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. You can’t beat the location. The front desk staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. The roof deck and the patio add a great element.

I felt like the description of the listing/room sizes threw me off a bit. It was quite expensive ultimately.

The first night we ended up in a smaller room than we wanted, I booked a room instead of an apartment by accident. They got us set up in a lovely apartment which was perfect and what we wanted!

The building and the apartment were very clean. The room and areas were updated and modern. Our room had a small private terrace overlooking a beautiful building. The location was perfect for us. Next to the Gràcia neighborhood and on Passeig de Gracia. The staff were excellent. It was a very pleasant stay.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable - pillows and the sheets were a bit itchy. You can hear the metro beneath a little so if you’re a light sleeper you will hear

Check in arrangements were a little stressful as we were arriving after 6pm when reception was closed. The online check in was more complex and lengthy than it needed to be - and for some reason it incorrectly said that we had two babies in our party which made it really hard to complete the process. Once we managed to do the online check in, everything else was fine - we received good instructions on how to access the building and apartment via WhatsApp.

Some noise could be heard from other rooms and building in general. No wardrobe space for clothes, window didn’t overlook outside.

We stayed in a room not the regular apartment. The walls are a bit thin. We could hear the neighbors.

There is no daily cleaning service and for changing the towels they charged 5 euros for each towel We stayed 10 days and we had only one complimentary cleaning service and when we asked about additional they mentioned that they charge 45 euros For the amount they charge, I think there should be daily cleaning service included

We have no complaints and will be happy to return. Even though I thought there might be a coffee maker in the room, fresh coffee in the common area was only a few feet away.

It was clean and light-filled and the bed was super comfy. Loved the terrace and the surrounding buildings although the cooler temperature prohibited us from enjoying it as anything more than as a visual. ;-)

Be Mate Paseo was a wonderful place to stay for our 4 days in Barcelona. Fabulous location, wonderful front desk staff - courteous and so helpful. Clean and comfy room and great coffee!

The hotel is above a metro line and you can hear and feel trains as they are passing underneath. I was so tired when I went to bed and used ear plugs so it wasn’t highly disruptive but it was noticeable. Someone who is very sensitive to noise may want to ask for a room in the back (my room was street side), or stay somewhere else.

Beautiful rooms with a lovely layout and comfortable bed. The location was the star of the show, especially during the holiday season as the streets around the hotel/apartment were covered in Christmas lights.

Given our length of stay it would have been nice to have cleaning service at least once included. Nothing short of just a quick tidy and fresh towels.

Location was incredible, close walk to a large amount of shops and restaurants. Plenty of space to spread out during our stay.
