The only downsize, a slightly dated rooms. Even though they are very clean.

In general - the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Location is amazing - very close to beautiful Mogan town and shops you might need. Good size pools, especially for kids. Really good selection for breakfast.

Air con in the gym would be a bonus! Also a little more info given on arrival. The trampolines were also closed. Some dinners were wonderful (ceviche, sushi etc) and some were less so. Overall food was very good though.

Beautiful gardens and planting, lovely pools. A nice relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and well tended. Very friendly staff. Food was very good, especially breakfast. Dinner was mostly very good.

There was nothing negative. The kids pool bar was very busy at times and needs extra help. Everything else was perfect.

We didn’t like it, we loved it!!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Large family group of ten. Everything was wonderful.

Dinner is a bit of an operation and front of house is pretty intimidating. The seating arrangements didn’t suit us so we only went twice but it was useful to have half board to swap for lunch.

Had buffet dinner there on first evening, didn't think much of it to be honest.

I asked for a room with sun on terrace and they absolutely delivered on that, sun on the terrace all day. Bedroom lovely and bright and clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with loads of options and the dining area there was nicely decorated. Outside area was lovely and had no problem getting a sun bed at any stage near the lovely pool. All staff I encountered were very polite, helpful and pleasant.

Nothing! Other than perhaps someone to move towels set out at pool around breakfast time which people left and didn’t use for a few hours, despite signs saying not to do this.

Absolutely everything. A last minute plan so I didn’t really know what to expect as I didn’t take much time to research- but the hotel was amazing in every way and just what we needed for a well overdue sunny break. Mogán as a town was lovely and very close to hand. Food, facilities , everything- all first class in every way. Sorry to leave!

Had not great shower over bath where I would prefer a walk in power shower, especially as I, and a lot of guests are elderly and it’s no fun climbing in and out of bath. Dreadful muzak in buffet restaurant which was repeated in the bar lounge live music in the evening. Worst kind of lift music. However, there were a few guests applauding so they enjoyed it. When you book in, although the reception staff are charming and helpful, the complex is, initially, difficult to negotiate. More detailed information and perhaps a better map might help.

Beautiful landscaped gardens, kept spotlessly clean by hardworking staff. Great room with very comfortable bed. Quiet pool with no music thumping out, nor “entertainment”. Vast selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Loved the automated tray carriers gliding serenely around.

Very cluttered room, it felt very crowded in our junior suite. The bedding for the pullout sofa was not in the closet.

Self-service dinner - we cancelled our 'half-board', which the hotel kindly refunded, and dined each night in the village.

The proximity to the village and all its restaurants, the two swimming pools were lovely and the pool bars excellent for lunch. Room and bathroom both was spacious with balcony overlooking the pool.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff - they were lovely, friendly, helpful and very responsive. We had minor issues and both were dealt with immediately and completely but the management then went beyond what was needed. The suite was great, comfortable, well maintained and well served by the staff. The grounds were beautifully set out and well kept. The location was superb with only a few minutes' walk to the port and beach. The food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner, with a wide range of food options available and each dinner with a different wide range of choices, all of a high quality. The parking was excellent, spacious and convenient. The facilities and activities are many and varied. The pools are large and in great condition.

The hotel is a little tired in place and it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. I’d like the quiet pool to have signs up saying it’s quiet, just so you don’t get noisy or splashing kids about. That’s what the family pool is for. Our son is 12 and likes it to be quiet too. I’d at least have liked them to not allow balls/ball games in the quiet pool. My husband had also left around €5 - €6 on the side on our second day and this was taken when our room was cleaned which was disappointing but equally he shouldn’t have left money lying around.

The hotel is lovely, the pool area is so pretty and the sun loungers with the covers on are very comfortable. There are two pools, a family one and a quiet one, both very pretty but we like it quiet around the pool so only went to the quiet pool. We were on a b&b rate, the breakfast was amazing. Something for everyone and a great start to the day. Overall a really nice hotel in a wonderful location.

Paying for the safe seemed excessive as this hotel is quite pricey. Likewise the water should have been free and more readily available

Loved the very relaxed feel to this hotel. Despite being busy it was quiet and calm, helped by all the beautiful foliage. Breakfast was amazing - even included Bloody Marys which I’ve never seen before. Staff were great and pricing seemed reasonable. Really enjoyed the yoga, stretch and Pilates classes which I wasn’t expecting.l Location was great
