We took the comfort room but found it to be very small, and a bit dark. Staff are very friendly and a good breakfast with lots of fresh fruits and eggs made ti order.

The service in the Cosmo Beach Restaurant was disappointing and could be improved. The gym is a bit small.

The suite was definitely a good choice. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Reception staff extremely helpful. The rooftop bar staff efficient and friendly. The set dinner was delicious. The spa and the massage were fantastic. Our morning 20 minute 1 km swim was delightful. A great location for triathlon training. Hotel allows bikes stored in the rooms-we put ours on the balcony.

the property looks like it’s been recently renovated, everything was super clean and new. the breakfast was amazing and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d come back in a heart beat

Not sure about the status in the foyer? Also in the corridors the carpets are marked which is a shame as the rooms are lovely

The lady at the checkout was very mean and was angry that we got an extended checkout . She gave us an attitude . The breakfast could have been better , not much choices Ana no vegetables.

The staff was very amicable. The location is great, just across the beach and walking distance to restaurants and night life. The rooms were very confortable and it felt like being home. Everything meet my expectations and for sure I'll be back.

I thought the pricing for the hotel beach chairs/umbrella was very high at 25e per day. I noticed that during our one week stay very few were rented.

The breakfast, location, spa and rooftop pool. Our room was a good size and very comfortable.

Only weather. End of May it's quite cold, not great for the beach season.

The reception staff is extremely helpful. They let us check in earlier since we had a long travel, and we appreciated it a lot. We had a chance to rent a car from the hotel which was very convenient and cheap. The rooms were clean and quiet and the bed was super comfy.

- Front desk staff was not very welcoming: they weren't unfriendly, but they looked a bit bored or uninterested. Or maybe they were just tired. Especially at a beach resort, where people come to relax and have fun, I would expect the front desk staff to have a more enthusiastic vibe - Not enough breakfast staff: the entire breakfast seemed to be run by two waiters that could barely keep up with all the work. Not their fault, because the restaurant was full. I would suggest to allocate more staff for the breakfast on peak days. - Beds are pretty comfortable but rather small

The sauna was out of service, too bad. It could be nice to have a navet to travel in the city next to platja d'Aro to visit all around

I loved the breakfast in front of the see and the spa. A bonus for the terrace with the very nice view.
