Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I would have liked a vegetarian lunch option. It's 2024 and still impossible to join friends for lunch in some Spanish hotels without looking like you're being awkward by not wanting to eat meat or pay your 'share' when you've only had a few fried potatoes with mayonnaise. It really isn't difficult. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and there were several vegetarian options in nearby restaurants.
Wonderful location next to Las Ramblas and a stone's throw from some great restaurants. Great staff, helpful at all times and a spotless clean, comfortable hotel with a great breakfast

It's obviously not new, somehow you see and feel it in the room, but its seems being kept in very good condition!. So far it's not a minus, just an observe.
Very clean room and very friendly and professional staff. Room is big enough, very comfortable for 2 person. Location is great if you plan to visit main sightseeing of the city, moreover if you visit the city following Salvador Dali history. Parking is a big plus, however you should walk a bit right to the corner. The restaurant on the first floor is great, I recommend to have a dinner there at least once.

For breakfast it would be nice to be able to order your egg preference (fried, poached or scrambled) and there was no sliced bread for toast (only rolls), baked beans would be a good option to include for vegans.
Ideal location, could walk to Dali museum easily but still a quiet location for a good nights sleep. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was nice and staff very attentive.

The front facing rooms need windows closed due to cobble street traffic noise but with air on and double windows , it didnot affect sleep

The parking garage is off premises and very hard to use - weird angles and hardly enough room to maneuver.
The room is well designed and easy to use. Comfortable beds.

The parking cost was a little high, but it was close to the hotel.
Close to everything downtown and the Hotel had a lot of history. The staff were lovely and helpful.I would definitely stay again.

Room was very quiet (I had asked for a quiet room.). It was well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The restaurant decor is reminiscent of "la belle epoque" very good food and excellent service. The breakfast buffet had plenty choice. One, busy, morning, the staff seemed a little overwhelmed trying to keep up with demand for resupplying the breakfast food/orange juice. The other morning it was very tranquil and calm with plenty choice. The location is excellent, close to the motorways and very close to the Dali museum, which is spectacular. The hotel has a covered parking close by (with limited spaces, non reservable, you need to ask at the reception if there are free places) and it is possible to park outside the hotel for 10-15' to drop off luggage. The car parking spaces are quite narrow and manoeuvering is tight if you have a big car and the parking is full.
