Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustriaA bottle or a mug of water in the room plus some local sweats or perhaps a little flower would have made the arrival a bit more personal.
The location is very nice - you need to drive a little while off the main road to get there, but it's worth the "effort". The area of the finca is really big, we liked the "village" character of the individual buildings and the spaceous garden, offering lots of space, even if the finca is fully booked. The pool also is very nice and quite large. It was very, very quiet. The breakfast was very nice - however, we couldn't try the dinner kitchen as it wasn't offered due to the small number of guests.

Loved the layout with the pool and breakfast room. Had a bit of trouble finding property as on Siri it would not lead us there - can this be fixed I wonder?! Breakfast really good. The location was quiet yet easy to reach places by car

GermanyDo not expect the 5* luxury. This is an old house and all amenities are fine , but not if you look for top class - this is rather about charm and character and great hospitality. Dinner on request. nearest restaurants are in Arta, which is 10m drive. Little Tipp : eat at the golf clubs in The Valley- best food and ok prices! Encinar- you need a car ! there is a brandnew luxury 5 bedroom villa further up the hill with private pool and breathtaking views.
absolutely magic location - ever so peaceful and quiet. if you are looking to get away from the daily hussle and buzzle don‘t look no further. the Fincahotel is set in old farmland up on the hills and overlooking Capdepera bay. You can have breaki and dinner on the pool. Breakfast is excellent. During the day most guests are exploring the sites nearby , so if you stay , the place is yours! At least during low season.

Germany-
an amazing place within nature! very cosy apartments with traditional furniture, a huge pool with an amazing view surrounded by a nice garden. The breakfast was amazing with an incredible view through the valley. And also the dinner was great. Dolores, the amazing woman who managed everything and cared for us, made vegetarian Paella for us as an alternative extra for us. When ever u had a problem u could just asked her, and she takes care of it. She also decorated every day the places for dinner, so it feels like being in a fancy restaurant right in front of ur apartment. We really enjoyed staying there and will come back again !

GermanyAC was partly broken (flap did not work) and the toilet flush was not functioning well neither: 50% working and 50% either flushing for hours or not flushing at all. The beach chairs at the pool are pretty old and not comfy at all, a topper/cushion would be nice ;-)
Location is super nice: great view from the terrace over the pool and forest to the sea. Great breakfast and lovely staff.

United States of Americaabsolutely beautiful property! the gardens were beautiful and so well kept. everything was so clean and well done. Breakfast was one of my favorite parts of the day. the staff was very kind and helpful. the photos online don’t do the place justice! everything was 10/10 and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Arta is also a great town - less touristy and “tacky” than most parts of Mallorca.

CanadaWe spent a week and a half at this lovely finca situated a few minutes from the hill town of Artà, several beaches, golf courses and excellent hiking, cycling and walking paths. The finca is situated in a beautiful garden setting with flowering shrubs and large trees and offers a view down the valley to the sea. The outdoor dining area, for breakfast and optional dinners, was beautiful with tables overlooking the lovely pool area below, and was especially romantic at night. Our room was situated in a small stone building steps from the main building and pool. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had air conditioning and a nice modern bathroom with a rain shower-head. We were welcomed warmly by Delores who manages the finca and is also the chef! She prepared a buffet breakfast every morning with homemade bread and jams, cheeses and meats, yogourt, fresh fruit salad, cereal including meusli, juices, great coffee and eggs made to order for each guest daily. Delores is a wonderful cook and we enjoyed three really good dinners at the finca. Delores is also a charming, multilingual host who does everything she can to make each guest’s stay enjoyable. When she learned that one of us couldn’t tolerate milk, she surprised us with lactose-free milk for breakfast. We really appreciated this personalized, thoughtful gesture. Delores is supported by a small team all of whom were very friendly during our stay. We also met Volker, the owner of the finca who was very friendly and helpful. He arranged for us to rent bicycles and had them delivered to the hotel and booked a round of golf on our behalf. Volker gave us information on walking and hiking paths around the finca as well as in the nearby Llevant Nature Park and offered recommendations on beaches and made a reservation for us at a local restaurant. We were also able to use the hotel’s laundry service which we appreciated very much.

United KingdomIt would be good if the bed room had a phone connected to the staff. The place felt a bit short staffed as the staff where doubling up on a lot of the tasks.
The location of the house with the superior rooms was awesome. The quality of the superior rooms was also very good. The evening dinners ( optional ) cooked by Deloris were excellent. Overall a great place to unwind and recharge.

BelgiumThe hotel was really not what we expected. We expected an eco hotel as shown in the booking.com pictures instead we arrived at a completely deserted place, and a bit further a lonely modern villa, in very un-finished surroundings, as if it had been recently built. door closed, nobody in sight. Eventually we called the owners and they told us there was someone in the Villa and we needed to knock, and the villa was beautiful inside wih a beautiful view. But we feel the people who made the booking ad had been dishonest with us.
The lady taking care of the house really made what started as a big disappointment into a great stay. She 100% deserves the credit for making our stay great, not whoever the owners/managers are, who were not honest in their Booking ad. The meals in front of the wondeful view with the sea far away and nearly no constructions to be seen.

CuraçaoNo little fridge, no coffee machine and or water cooker in the room. Seats outside at the room where not comfortable. This is for room 6. We left as there are so many wasps. You can hardly eat your breakfast or diner due to the wasps. The dinner, food and personal are excellent.
We liked The location, personnel is excellent, breakfast is fantastic.
