Unfortunately I had to leave early Desk manager was very helpful in advising I contact Booking . Com who responded quickly actioning refund for two days I missed but so far I have not received the refund.

The indoor pool was closed the whole time, so I didn't get to use the pool. And it was too cold to use the outdoor pool. Coffee machine at the breakfast, not the best. The hotel is pretty fat from the town and beach. We tried walking to the main road and took us 40 mins. So had to keep using uber to get around.

The hotel is massive. it took us a day to see the whole place. They even had a souvenir shop inside as well as an arcade room. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was huge with chairs. Continental breakfast with loads of options.

There is generall air conditioning system and it’s doesn’t work good. The room always hot 🥵

I could not get a coffee early morning or late at night when i arrived, maybe get a coffee machine?

It was off season so it was very quiet, nice and relaxing, great pool area to chill with great views from the rooms.

That the indoor pool was out of action, this was the main reason I booked this hotel. My children were very dissapointed.

The staff were friendly and could speak English when I struggled with some of my Spainish. The food choices were really good and delicious. Hotel was very clean and beds comfortable and spacious. The views from the room was outstanding.

Lovely hotel with nice and affordable buffet restaurant. It is a place to stay if you are travelling by car. It is 18, 20 min to the fancy Marbella and Estepona beach. The rooms with a view to the swimmingpool are stunning as you see the sea and the mountais. It is a good value for money in this region.

Good price. Comfortable bedroom and bed. Many choices to eat at breakfast and diner! Nice staff. Best beaches nearby are in Estepona!!!

We got a corner room with a big balcony, it was sunny from the sunrise til the sunset.

The hotel is not new but you can see that it was made with great quality. Nice polite people stay there and the stuff is also 👌

The first morning at the hotel we was woken by builders in the next room. The hotel were very apologetic and moved us and gave us free breakfast. This was very generous and made up for the inconvenience. Very professional staff who were so apologetic it made our stay more comfortable.

Pool area is well spaced and plenty of beds. Music was a little loud sometimes but i just went to my balcony. The staff around the pool were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. They got people involved which was great as we became friendly with other guests. The bar doesn't stay open very late and we were refused a drink at 11pm and we were the last two guests waiting to be served we didnt use the bar after that. Breakfast is good and plenty to choose from. The facilities are generally of a high standard. Coffee and tea is available to guests all day which was great. Staff were all friendly and extremely helpful.

Nothing we didn't like. It is up in the golf course area rather than near the beach but that suited us for this trip.

Very comfortable room, nice pool area with loungers on the lawns, plenty of parking and great value half board. Nice gesture of a large chilled bottle of water upon departure. Lots of choice on the buffet including good salad bar.

Some guests were very loud late at night. They woke me up twice ...loud shouting in the corridor and rooms next door.
