There were floor to ceiling windows next to the bed in the bedroom and it was always loud. Our sleep was affected even with earplugs. The windows were pretty to have in the living room but too loud to have next to one's head for sleeping. That was the only drawback.

This was a great choice for location, and we appreciated the cleanliness and all the ammmenities of the apt. The bed was comfortable. We walked everywhere. Sagrada Familia was only 15 min. Crazily, we even walked to the Gothic area, but it was a trek! We always felt safe and enjoyed getting to know Gracia neighborhood, though it seemed many of the local people were burnt out on tourists and not very friendly. All communications were friendly and clear with the apt staff.

The only thing I didn't love was that the person in the apt next door smoked constantly so you could always smell it in the hall and sometimes it was so strong I could smell it inside the front door of my apt. There are a lot of smokers in Barcelona.

Gorgeous apt and super clean located centrally to all parts of the city. Very easy to get around and I felt very safe in the Gracia neighborhood as a woman walking alone around the area and in the metro. I forgot my adapter plugs and Anna graciously loaned me one. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Totally recommend!

The toilet shower area panel is not big enough. Water keeps spashing out during the shower, resulting in a wet floor. It's not a big issue for us.

The apartment is very comfortable. Rooms are clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils. Beds are comfortable to our preference of firmer type.

Even thought the kitchen amenities were in great shape, it would have been nice to have some cooking essentials such as oil, spices etc.

The apartment was very clean and thanks to the descriptions of Martha it was easy to find and execute the self-checkin. Also, the location was excellent. The city centre and sights were easily accessible by public transport, but still the area was quiet and had supermarkets etc. in close proximity.

A map of the area / information about the opening times of the nearest large supermarket would have been useful. The “how to work the tv” instructions did not match the remote control. More cushions on the sofa and a picture or two would make it feel more comfortable.

Door code was sent 24hrs in advance. Location was excellent- option to walk into the centre of town or take the metro which was very close by. Lots of supermarkets/ bars/restaurants nearby yet it was quiet in the flat. Hosts were very helpful when there was a problem. Good Wi-Fi and kitchen facilities.

Being able to get into the building to leave our luggage. No answer at the door or on the phone. We had to leave our luggage with the lovely man who owned the shop next door till later in the day. Had to pay an extra 15€ per night for an extra bed for my youngest child as we didn't know that it wasn't included in the price even though we had booked for the correct number of people.

Lovely apartment, very clean with comfortable bed. Felt very luxurious. Very good facilities, could easily have enjoyed a longer stay.

Flushing the toilet makes a loud noise.

The apartment is located on a quiet street and access is very easy. The apartment is comfortable, clean, with all the necessary amenities for cooking at home. There are restaurants and shops nearby. It is easy to access the central part of the city, as well as the Metro station. Communication with the hosts is easy and fast. I recommend staying in this apartment!

The apartment had parking next door which was super convenient. The facilities were great, including a washing machine and drying rack with plenty of sunshine coming through the windows to dry the clothes. Super comfy bed. Very helpful, organised staff.

Well outfitted kitchen - only thing missing was some wine glasses.

Clean, spacious apartment - large bed, lots of closet space, large kitchen, living area and bathroom. Combo washer/dryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave/oven combo. Air conditioning worked great. Quiet neighborhood! This was the best place we stayed during our month long trip across Spain.

It’s a bit far from city center.
